    I probably should do Kegels, but with 10 minutes of rice sock, and 10 minutes of bundled stretching, another 8 minutes to do 100 Kegels and RK's is just too much time spent on my pre-routine. However I do them sometimes after my workouts.

    I do the bathmate first because I enjoy jelqing with the expansion from the bathmate, I also wasn't able to get very hard after jelqing and doing my routine for when I enter the bathmate, so Wishful suggested I do the bathmate first, so far I really like it that way.

    I just finished my routine and holy moly was that the best workout I've had in a while.

      100 Jelqs
      15 squeezes
      two 2:30 long SSJ's.

      32 seconds
      31 seconds
      41 seconds
      48 seconds
      40 seconds
      (I think that's what I was doing, OK grip at the base after Kegeling blood in and holding it in at max expansion).

      I made sure to take my time with my jelqs this time, and I really enjoyed the expansion I was seeing, I've never seen my penis bigger than in this session and it's really motivated me to keep up the work. the way it felt in my hand was so great, I believe I've gained some girth. I measure on the 13th, I'm kind of nervous because it just seems like it's gotten bigger, so if it hasn't I'm going to feel a bit discouraged. But I wont give up.

      Literally never seen my penis thicker, I also seem to have looked a bit longer NBPEL,

      I'm also pumping to 6 in my bathmate easy and without discomfort, so that's improving. When I first started my bathmate I was using too much pressure and even then it was only reaching 5 within the pressure gauge.

        I just told u the secretes haha u just dont wanna do them. pre-routine is just as important as actual routine

          Why would Kegels help with girth though?
          And how many do you do in your pre-routine? (typing this then going back to see if you said already) don't kegels just help with EQ/pelvic floor balance?

            15+ minute warm up
            25 Kegels and RK's
            10 minutes bundled stretching
            15 minutes in the bathmate
            100 jelqs
            15 squeezes
            two 2:30 second long SSJ's, getting re-hard during them too, can't hold it for 2:30 and stay high EQ.
            Repeated above minus the kegels
            5 ULI's, 30 seconds each
            Shower warm down.

            Measure date is approaching!!!

                  If I've actually grown, I'm guessing I'm at a 5.2 or 5.25 based on how different it "seems". which would be .15 in a month, is that unrealistic?

                      Took yesterday off for some reason, just wasn't feeling PE.

                      Might do it today after work, however I also like the idea of giving my penis an extra growth day.

                      Maybe I'll just do 15-20 minutes in the bathmate after work, along with my bundled stretches beforehand.

                            Had a fight with my girlfriend today, not in a good mindset.
                            I'm really feeling down mentally, I'm really not sure what to do anymore.

                              Rest day, though I really want to use my bathmate.

                              I wont though :P

                              I haven't watched porn since the 26th of December, trying to cut it out but the past few days I've wanted to "relapse" so badly. I wouldn't say I am addicted, just occasionally the idea of watching it gets me really turned on.

                              But it's probably for the best I don't watch it at all, especially considering I have insecurity and self esteem issues.
