I probably should do Kegels, but with 10 minutes of rice sock, and 10 minutes of bundled stretching, another 8 minutes to do 100 Kegels and RK's is just too much time spent on my pre-routine. However I do them sometimes after my workouts.
I do the bathmate first because I enjoy jelqing with the expansion from the bathmate, I also wasn't able to get very hard after jelqing and doing my routine for when I enter the bathmate, so Wishful suggested I do the bathmate first, so far I really like it that way.
I just finished my routine and holy moly was that the best workout I've had in a while.
