    Warmed up
    Bundled stretches

    5-6 minutes (I think, forgot my stopwatch) in the Bathmate

    Too much pressure though it didn't hurt, I've got red spots at the base of my penis

    did 100 jelqs and warmed down

      Good job. Take small steps in very cautiously applying pressure. You don't have to go to YOUR max pressure right away; once the initial seal is made gradually increase it until youre at a pressure you're comfortable with.

      Warm up to your bathmate for another week or two and then you'll be ready to do the 5x5x3. Remember to just be ultra slow and patient when applying pressure.

        I just can't figure out how much pressure to do, as it wasn't painful at like max.
        I think I'm going to do a 2:30 SSJ and then jelq for the rest of the time when I am doing the 5X5X3

          10 minute warm up

          Bundled stretches in all directions for 30 seconds each way.

          7 minutes in the bathmate, 15 squeezes

          5 minute warm down in the shower.

            Warmed up for 10 minutes

            Bundled stretches in all directions for 30 seconds

            8 and a half minutes in the bathmate, pumped to 6'' the last minute or so of my session.

            Would do some jelqs but have to go do some things.

              Same day, worried I'm becoming obsessed about the need for increase in girth.
              I fear I'm developing BDD.

              I did some bundled stretches (no warm up) and hopped into the shower for another bathmate session, this one at 5 minutes and I entered as erect as I could get (which wasn't 100%).

              Am I heading down a dangerous road? Do I need to cut back and perhaps go back to JP90 and do bathmate at the end of my JP90 session? Something needs to change, I find myself measuring several times a day hoping for even the slightest increase.

                Great session today! REALLY saw myself engorged and saw veins I didn't even know my penis had. Though I swore to not measure frequently anymore, I could noticeably see I was bigger so I decided to measure my girth and saw that I was at 5.3! That looked so nice compared to my 5.1/5.0. This has left me with a lot of excitement.

                Warmed up with rice sock
                10 minutes of bundled stretching (1 minute in all directions)
                Bathmate for 10 minutes
                50 jelqs, 1 SSJ for 2:30, 50 more jelqs then 1 more SSJ for 2:30.

                Didn't want to overdo it so I stopped there, however I wanted to keep going.

                5.3 girth looks so nice. Gaah I can't wait until that's a permanent number.

                  Good job 6. Don't stress about growth. You are right to put the tape measure away for a while. Anything that causes stress should be avoided with PE. Never doubt your gains either. You made 5.3.... YES YES YES, WAY TO GO, CELEBRATE. You are doing great.

                      The 5.3 was temporary, but I'm seeing 5.2 more frequently which is nice because of how little time I've been doing PE specifically for girth.

                      I am reaching 100% EQ after bathmate and some jelqing + SSJ's, that's when I see 5.3 and maybe even a little more (wishful thinking :P) It's crazy to see myself that hard and big, I wish I was achieving that during sex though, my girl wouldn't be able to handle me.

                      I can't wait till these gains become permanent and increase to even more. I saw a picture of someone with 5.7 and that's HUGE, so I just really want my 5.5 to feel like a king.

                          Just finished my session.

                          Warmed up for 10 minutes with rice sock
                          10 minutes of bundled stretches (1 minute in all directions)
                          11 minutes in bathmate, 100 or 150 jelqs (I can't remember) 50 V jelqs, 2 or 3 SSJ's.
                          Edged for 5-10 minutes
                          Warmed down

                          Man I love it when I experience 100% EQ. it's not for a super long time, but seeing the veins under my glans that pop out makes me feel huge.

                            1.Dec 3rd: 1st day of 5 minute flaccid bathmate
                            2.Dec 4th: 7 Minutes in bathmate
                            3.dec 5th: 8 minute and 30 seconds in bathmate, 7 hours later 5 minute semi erect session
                            4.dec 6th: 10 minutes in bath mate, 100 jelqs, 2 SSJ for 2:30 each, bundled stretches
                            5.dec 7th: Rest Day
                            6.dec 8th: 11 minutes in bathmate, 10 minutes of bundled stretches, 3 SSJ's 2:30 each, 150 or 200 jelqs
