    I'm doing 2 on 1 off, and I do kegels when I remember, and try to do an equal amount of reverse, but I'm not consistent with them.

      You can download a Kegel app on your phone that you can input your own routine. I use Kegeler for Android. I set my hold time for 5 seconds and the Relax time (during which I Reverse Kegel) for 50 repteions. This way it helps me just get it done.

          EDIT: I think I got my days mixed up, today isn't supposed to be an off day I don't think.

            10 minute warm up
            5 minutes of normal stretches (up, down, straight out, left, right)
            12 minutes in bathmate
            100 jelqs x2 (200 total)
            15 squeezes x2 (30 total)
            2 SSJ 5 minutes each (can't stay hard for the entire 5 minutes, am I wasting time with this exercise?)
            Warm down

                          I think I may have used too much pressure this bathmate session, or my penis is just really exhausted from the PE and last nights time with the girlfriend.

                          Girlfriend was grabbing me and saying "I'm seeing if it's bigger, I think it is". She rarely comments because she knows my self esteem isn't too great, that made me feel good but when I asked "Do you want me to get thicker?" she replied "I don't know" instead of "No, you're perfect the way you are" like she usually would.

                          Not sure how to take that :\

                            Took saturday/sunday off

                            10 minute warm up
                            10 minutes bundled stretching
                            15 minutes in Bathmate
                            100 jelqs, followed by 15 squeezes and two 2:30 long SSJ's
                            100 jelqs, 15 squeezes, two 2:30 second SSJ's once again
                            10 minute warm down.

                            Measure date is approaching, only 11 days away.
                            As I said in my previous post, girlfriend says it feels bigger, so I'm hoping that's true!

                              Decided to take the day off, the slight pain in my penis was still there today.
                              Feel it mostly when I kegel, otherwise I could press and feel it.


                              It seems to have gone away, I'll continue with PE after work tomorrow.

                                Cool log bro. I recomend you do Kegels as part of your warm up and RK during stretching. Also, ur jelqs I would advice u do them before the bathmate. Something like: warm up-> kegel->stretches->jelqs/ssj/v jelqs-->pump. I do very similar routine and have been gaining so figured Id share this with you.
