    The key on your on days off days are following your Physiological Indicators. We each recover differently. If your PIs are mostly positive you are doing fine. If you aren't recovering then lower your workouts until they are.

      10 minutes warm up with rice sock
      50 jelqs
      15 advanced squeezes
      1 5 minute SSJ
      100 jelqs
      15 advanced squeezes
      10 minutes in bathmate at lower pressure than I was doing previously (two pumps instead of 3-4, which was very difficult to even pump 3-4 times I can get 3 pumps before it doesn't really push any water out after that).

      Edged for 20 minutes
      10 minutes rice sock warm down

        The problem I have is identifying PI's, I don't have pain which I feel is a main one, however my EQ isn't doing the best so maybe I should just do 100 jelqs and 15 squeezes instead of 150/30.

        P.E. is a marathon and I get that, I still feel like I've got a lot to learn.

          50 V jelqs (150 total jelqs)
          10 minutes in bathmate, had a very difficult time getting a good seal this time, had some minor ball suckage.

            Feeling shitty cause I just saw a user on here with 7'' of girth. (and stressing that that's the size my girls ex was..But I have no way of knowing. I consider that "huge", I don't know what she considers huge)..

              Don't worry what she considers huge. 6 inch girth is huge let alone 7" girth. 5-5.5 is large.

                This is in the START HERE button at the top left of the home page. For learning this button has a wealth of knowledge.

                Pay close attention to the whole list. Some will apply more to you than to others. All should be evaluated. If you are having lower EQ you can always take a rest and see if it rebounds. Most growth happens during rest. Stay positive, and PE for your self, not for your ex or her other partners. You likely will never know those other guys size so it makes no difference.

                    10 minutes in the bathmate as erect as I could get after my routine
                    10 minute warm down.

                    I'm wondering if my routine is too intense from the JP90.
                    I do the squeezes where I OK grip my base after a kegel, then OK grip under my glans, and push down towards my base OK grip for expansion. Perhaps I should just do regular squeezes?

                      How about the BathMate after warm up? Then you only need to get 40-70% erect for jelqs.

                        I read someone say that it makes more sense to use the bathmate after your workout due to the expansion from girth exercises, but I maybe should do my warm up, bundles stretches, then bathmate, then my routine.

                          50 jelqs
                          1 SSJ, 15 squeezes
                          150 Jelqs (accidentally stopped at 50 on my first set, doing this many caused slight pain in the left side of my penis, went away with modification of my grip though)
                          1 SSJ, 15 squeezes
                          10 minutes of edging
                          10 minute warm down

                          Using the bathmate before my manual routine was awesome, I finally got to experience the pumped gains and I felt huge in my hands, this was very exciting as it lasted quite a while, I even want to say I feel bigger after the temp gains have gone. Hoping come measuring day (1/13/2017) I'll see girth progress, I wouldn't mind a little more length either.

                          If I don't see any gains come measuring day, what steps should I take? (Hoping Wishful10x8 see's this)

                          Edit: Pain persisted after, very subtle pain that randomly shows, I will be doing regular stretches for my session tomorrow, and only 100 jelqs if I feel anything pain related tomorrow, but as it seems after my warm down it may have gone away)

                            Envision gains come measuring day. Plan for gains. Believe in gains. Then when we see gains on measuring day we can continue with the same routine because it is working so well. Keep up the good work.

                                Your routine looks pretty heavy. Hope you are you getting enough rest. How has your EQ have been of late. Have you been doing your kegels + reverse kegels?
