  • did another 36 minute pump (was going for an hour but then my girlfriend told me she's staying an extra hour at work).

    Going to pump for 30 minutes later before she gets home.. I'm hoping tonight we'll do the horizontal cha cha.

    • Does that 21 days nofap/noporn includes no sex at all? Sorry not familiar. Might try this as well. Been feeling down lately and porn and jo is becoming my go to activity whenever.

      • Not quite sure what your PI's are saying, but I wish you would follow and/or apply them properly to your routine. Rest is important. Overzealous PE doesn't always lead to gains. Well, you know how your dick stands, at least I wish you do.

          No. Her and I still have sex.

          I also edge in my routine, but that doesn't count.

            I'm not being over zealous.

            Just was trying to time my pumping for when she gets home so the temporary gains will be there and felt.

                    • Today was supposed to be an off day, but because my girlfriend's work schedule is weird this week I decided to do a "light" session.

                      10 minute warm up
                      50 kegels/50 reverse kegels
                      100 jelqs
                      1 x 25 minute double clamped edging session

                      Will likely use my Bathmate for an hour later, I might try for 1 hr 15 minutes and see how things are.

                            • did 1 hour and 10 minutes, suction start to become a little painful at the base.

                              Doing PE for a few more months, my "consistent" girth measurement is 4.98 to 5.0 (12.7cm) if I don't see 13cm I'm going to just assume PE doesn't work FOR ME.

                              I wouldn't be surprised if there's such a thing as.. Well.. a "SUPER HARD GAINER" lol.

                              I will have to suck it up and accept that I'll never be happy with the size of my penis. (unless a effective surgery comes about for girth that actually is permanent.)

                                I wouldnt give up so easily tho. I havent really seen any results in 1 month even tho i been doing P.E at least 3 times a week never less. Also if you look at many of the logs here LOTS of guys go like 2-4 months with little to no progress.
