            But should I literally do the hindi squats, then yoga poses, ect..

            I don't think mines severely tense, but it's definitely tense enough to be noticeable.
            Maybe I'll work on doing RK's all day, and doing the tennis ball thing..

            • Yes do them all. It is very healthy. And is the foundation for good stamina training.

                I might, but I don't know if I have the patience.

                I'll just start with the rk's and tennis ball when I get one.

                if I think it could be improved more, I'll look into learning about the poses and squats.

                  I definitely want that new product you mentioned.. But like all things PE I can't afford to pay for it.

                  • Cardio exercise:

                    50 push ups

                    Penis exercise:

                    Been doing RK's all day, and trying to just consistently keep my pelvic floor relaxed.
                    I don't feel any fatigue in my PF, could I be doing them wrong? Or is it just way different than regular kegels?

                    Resting until Sunday, however I really do want to do some PE right now.
                    Need to rest to see if my EQ rebounds and then change my routine to allow for EQ gains and no drop in EQ.

                    Notes:

                    Girlfriend and I don't have sex much during the week because she works so many hours, she's always exhausted and isn't in the mood. This doesn't make no fap/no porn very easy. I've recently had the urge to watch porn a little bit, but I wont. I really enjoyed watching porn with her because it set a really sexual/dirty setting, if she randomly puts porn on I will not consider this a "relapse". However, I wont encourage her to do so. (Or does this still count as a reset?)

                    Considering breaking No Fap, however it's not a difficult task for me to stick with it. (Any opinions? Should I just keep all my sexual energy for her and I? I get a lot of satisfaction from edging, but it's not the same as full release.)

                    I would repeat these types of things every time my obsessive thoughts occurred, over powering them to at least a 5:1 ratio.

                    • Feel free to edge. I wouldn't ejaculate near the weekend if there is a likely hood for sex. This could help your EQ.

                            I realized that I get a LOT of IK's from sexual stimulation.

                            There are certain spots that immediately make me kegel.. Is that normal?

                            • Actually, I just got myself hard and my EQ isn't that awful right now.

                              At least a 7.5-8 Glands is like.. 75% capacity.

                              I also achieved this erection pretty fast.

                              No visual stimulation either.

                              • You are recovering fairly quickly which is a good sign.

                                The IKs are what you will be training to overcome. Don't avoid those spots. When you feel one RK and stop the Iks.
