    Yes but I've done PE for almost an entire year with little or no progress.

      How much time are you allowing for rest? IMO rest periods are crucial when targeting girth. High intensity work out, rest, high intensity work out, rest, on and on til your dong is thick and long . Keep at it bro, don't lose heart.

        I do my routine 4 days in a row, then rest for three days straight.

        It's not that I'm losing heart, it's that I'm wasting my time if it's not showing results.

              • I was doing some thinking...

                I think the only time I ever felt fatigue during PE was when I was conditioning my penis in the JP90 program.
                one thing I want to note is that I haven't been one to increase my exercises over time, however I feel this hasn't been a reason as to why I'm not gaining.. As my routine is quite intense after some modification.

                        • Must have over done it, the area I clamp under my glands when I double clamp on opposite ends is giving off pain, hoping this will just subside in a few minutes, going to lightly stretch and massage.

                              • Look into l-lysine and ZMA and see if you think it could help. Gotta give lysine a month or 2 befire reaching a verdict but zma will have you blowin bigger loads, better woods, and better sleep plus it kicks in from first dose... I love it!
