  • BEG was around 5.3 too.

    Just below my MEG gets thinner, but that's not a big deal.

    And regarding the traction wrap, wouldn't wrapping it cause for outer pressure, meaning no expansion?

          • Yeah, when I first start getting hard, my MEG is thicker and wider.

            Then I get more fully erect, my penis shapes more into a cylindrical shape and it's like I lose the .2

            almost like when I'm at 75% erection.

            This makes no sense.

              30 minutes of jogging.

              I have decided to take Thursday as an extra rest day.
              An hour+ of clamping/edging is seriously intense.

              I may check to see if my penis can handle a bathmate session tomorrow, otherwise it'll just a full rest day.

              If you reach fatigue, and the next day still feel fatigue, do you continue to rest until the fatigue goes away?

              Also, traction wrapping.. Feels counter intuitive.. Wouldn't wrapping your penis with an ace bandage, restricting the engorgement be doing the opposite of helping with girth expansion gains?

                  I have the same condition. JITB once told you here on your thread that this condition is probably caused by unbalanced / tight pelvic floor.

                  Also, congrats on the gains! I knew you'll make it.
                  And I want to remind you, that until recently you didn't have accurate measuring method. So you might gained even more without knowing.

                  • Traction wrap mostly helps flaccid gain. It won't take anything away from your erect girth. If you are still feeling the fatigue the next rabbit is better to go every other day for training. Don't fear the rest days. You will condition to this also and then you can increase the work days. Don't watch porn.

                      I'm extremely glad you replied this.

                      It's like my CC's get real nice, thick, and wide.
                      But then once I get to a higher EQ level they slim down (Which is very the opposite of what we all want!)

                      Yeah, sometimes my readings were 4.9 back in the start, but high 4.9, so still close to 5.0.
                      So I've gained a decent bit perhaps.

                      This is nice but also kind of sucks because getting to 5.5, then 5.75 feels like it's going to just progressively get harder because of how far away I started.

                      There are users on here that spend 4-7 years gaining an inch of girth, is this due to how long PE takes, or the fact that we didn't have as much solid info on methods that work as we do now?

                      If I've really gained .2 in this time, then perhaps it I'm not as much of a "hard gainer" as I thought.. Maybe if I had rested more I would have gained more too. But now I am going to make sure I give my penis that week of rest once a month of training.

                      However, if I don't see it in my fully erect state, what's the point?

                      I will continue to work on my pelvic floor, but I've been doing tons of RK's, keeping my pelvic floor relaxed throughout the day whenever I realize I'm slightly clenched.

                      However, I am not feeling or noticing ANY difference at all.

                      I seriously hope I can get it relaxed asap and suddenly see my "work"..

                          Yes, I have a girlfriend.
                          We live together and have for a while, so there'd be no point in her sending me nude photos. (She has before though).

                          I'm completely okay with just holding out on porn and masturbation, it's okay.

                          I am just stressed out about this pelvic floor bullshit now, this is basically saying until I get it balanced that I wont see my gains when fully erect.
