          • I read through it.. My only worry is that he says you have to eliminate your stress..

            I can't exactly do that unless I leave my girlfriend, which is the last thing I ever want to do.

              • You can choose to feel differently. The change in perception will eliminate your stress. You don't have to eliminate the stressor. Just choose to look at it and feel about it differently.

                  I genuinely just cannot fathom that being possible.
                  Or at least I have no idea how to do that, because I can look at things in the proper perspective, but it doesn't make my emotions and feelings about it change.



                  I want to relax and balance my PF, I've been doing RK's all day since reading HANS protocol.


                  Off to therapy now.. Please send me positive thoughts, I'm at the end of my rope.

                            Both. Keeping the floornrelaxed is excellent. Strong but relaxed.

                              I never realized until today that I'm constantly lightly tensing my PF.

                              I was in therapy, going on a rant about my issues and when I took a deep breath and stopped speaking, I felt my PF relax.

                              So my stress and anxiety definitely is playing a part in this.

                              • Huge part. Men are known to carry tension and stress in our pelvic floor. Pay attention through out the day. Then learn to keep it relaxed. Good job.
