25 second all directional stretches
15 minutes clamped edging
If I grip a little above the clamp, and under the head, apply a gentle squeeze and bend it downwards, it causes further expansion. Without doing this my clamp takes me to just below 5.5'' girth, after doing this, I was just above 5.5''
I'm wondering how I can apply this in a "set" methodology.. Would love advice about that one.
