      Bro,about this depressions, look it on the bride side...you are ready for PHD at pshycology I can relate to what of things you are saying.Listen to us here about the gym...I think that must be your priority to help you with depression.I feel it how it helps every day.

        It's my rest week now, but I really wanna do PE!! Haha.

              Was able to MMO like 4 times within just a few minutes, maybe 5 minutes or so.

              • Hi, nice work with the routine. Just noticed the mental health part of the thread. I was researching similar stuff some time ago, and found that many of the mental problems starts due to physical issues e.g. lack of certain nutrient. I would suggest to try niacin supplements. Oh, and also found, that weight lifting is very good for mental health (as heavy as possible). Good luck and all the best with PE.

                        I'm hoping I'll reach 5.5 by Christmas, Wishful seems to think it's a possibility!

                        I tell you though, an hour+ of edging, straight into an hour of bathmate is quite a long routine.
                        But if it's working, I guess it's definitely worth the time. Plus my girlfriend has finally noticed a difference.

                        • About Niacin: I read about it and it seems that it helps depression...not sure why. Heard also from Dr.Andrew Saul, who is a dr. (not MD) that treats people with high dosage of nutrients, especially vit C. He was also in a documentary called Food Matters, where he also stated that cashews could be beneficial... worth a try I say. Can't hurt.

                              • Yes its a long process, i myself havent really seen much progress and was hoping to reach that goal by the end of the year. Lets keep working one goal at a time tho
