      30 minute jog (2+ miles)

      10 minute warm up
      50 kegels/50 reverse kegels
      1 x 30 minute double clamped edging session
      5 minute break
      1 x 30 minute double clamped edging session with random CSSJ's
      10 squeezes (Felt spongy and as if they weren't having much effect, I kegel'd and trapped more blood in and they felt a bit stronger, however I'm wondering if it's overkill?)

              After taking the clamp off, the bottom side of my penis feels flat, my CS or whatever is in the center of the bottom side of my penis feels extremely spongy.

              Good or bad?

              It sucks because when I'm clamped it's round and full and looks incredibly nice.

              So why is it like I lose that on the bottom?

              • Totally normal. The CS is softer and spongier than the CCs to protect your urethra. It is never supposed to get hard. It fills more during thenclamping. Then goes back to normal.

                    It literally feels like a squishier version of memory foam, it molds then goes back to being flat.

                    I just HATE that the under side of my penis isnt' as round as the sides/top.

                    Clamping will help fill that out, right?

                      • Yes the CS fills during erection. However in the flaccid state it should be fairly flat. It helps restrict urine during erection and helps protect the pee tube during erection. It will likely never get as big as the CCs.

                          My length is confusing me, I can sometimes see 7'', usually more around 6.8-6.9.

                                It's achieved with pelvic floor balance and keeping relaxed, IMO. Before when I had an overactive pelvic floor my glans was always deflated. Ever since balancing my PF and learning to relax, my erections are larger and my glans fills and remains full.
