  • 83 minute edging session.
    Many close PONR's, very very slight ejac.

    Decided to stop when I realized reaching close to PONR wasn't making my glans expand anymore.

    Just logging this because I didn't ejac. hoping tomorrow her and I will do it.

    • Heated myself for 10 minutes, entire routine was done under constant heat)
      1:30 basic stretches
      1:30 fulcrums in 3 different areas (base, mid, glans)
      50 jelqs
      30 UJ's
      285 S2S stretches
      30 squeezes
      45 minutes edging

      Notes:

      Not feeling fatigue, decided to hop the s2s up 25 a week instead of 15 just for progressions sake.
      Mental health isn't so great, keep obsessing about my girlfriends past, but only one specific experience (right now anyways).
      My therapist has helped me realize that it's insecurity and feeling incompetent that causes these obsessions to be so strong. We realized that when my girlfriend is being sweet, loving, and treating me like a desired, loved, and wanted boyfriend that I obsess and have less disdain or resentment towards her past.

      Is it normal for my glans to not expand fully when I give myself an erection, but it does when my girlfriend is stimulating me?

      If I don't get into/stay the key EQ area for jelqing and squeezes super easily, does that mean I'm doing too much in my routine already? Or is the stretching just impacting my overall EQ during the session?

      Also, yesterday was a difficult day on me mentally, and when I felt my erection, I felt thin and as if I lost girth. This isn't the case, but it just shows you how much your brain can impact the way you look at your bodies features.

      • New c-ring arrives in 6 days, (hopefully)
        I really hope this is the right size for me.

        Didn't get another horseshoe ring, this is a complete circle.

          • 10 minute warm up
            1:30 long stretches
            1:30 long fulcrums
            35 squeezes
            300 s2s streches
            40 jelqs, 30 UJ's
            edged/ballooned for 48 minutes

            During sex my glans will be pretty full at times, and based on what I just experienced, when my glans is expanded and I'm at a good erection level, I hit 7+ inches in BPEL, I think the highest I saw was 7.15 or around that. So I'm going to update my gains to .5'' gained in length.

            Unfortunately I'm not certain if this is 100% accurate due to never learning how to read a ruler/tape measure until coming here, but I want to say I recall only measuring in at 6.5'' at one point.

            Now if only my girth would budge like I want it to.

                  Thank you Wishful, thank you for being my mentor as well. Without you the emotional distress and desperation would have been so much worse, as I wouldn't have had someone to talk to and to talk me down. I still have my moments each week, but it's much better than it was.

                  I wish I was kidding, but because I am unsure of myself measurement wise, I still am uncertain.

                  I sure as hell can't seem to gain girth, that's for sure.

                  I'm looking at an old photo of my penis I sent my girlfriend, and comparing the now to that photo doesn't seem like there's any change.

                  So unfortunately, I'll update the number for now, but if I don't surpass this then I'm still uncertain lol, which is what I've said every time I've "thought" I've grown.

                  As soon as my glans shrinks, I lose half an inch of length. My glans gets really big, but unfortunately it doesn't fill like I want it to all the time!

                    • 8 minute rice sock warm up (Wanted to see if this allows for deeper heating than the blow dryer)
                      Exercises are all heated by my girlfriends blow dryer (Don't tell her! Shh.. Kidding, she already found out :facepalm
                      Left, right, forward, up down stretches for 1:30 each
                      Fulcrum stretches at 3 different points (base, mid, below glans) for 1:30
                      25 Jelqs
                      25 UJ's
                      10 Squeezes
                      300 S2S stretches
                      30 minutes of edging/ballooning

                      Notes:
                      Skin injury appeared, not the same one, this feels like I scratched myself or I pulled the skin. So I decided to take my jelqs, squeezes and s2s stretches easy. Only did a few jelqs/squeezes and I did less intensity on my s2s stretches.
                      Lots of random breaks for penis massage during the stretching stage of my routine.

                        • I think you will find the rice sock far better than the blow dryer. It seems that the rice absorbs moisture from the air and when heated the sock becomes moist from the steam. Moist heat is always best for warming up. Consequently, the blow dryer may have been drying out your tortilla which could have led to the injury you spoke of.

                          Glad to hear that the bruising is staying away. Keep up the good work bro. Perspectives play a major part in mental outlooks. Try identifying the perspectives that lead to the negative thoughts and see if you can give them positive spins. It helps.

                            Hmm okay, then I will warm up with my rice sock, and then use the heat from the blow dryer during my routine for the constant heat since the sock loses it's warmth.
                            I may just need to apply lotion or something to myself daily to keep myself from drying out badly.

                            Bruise or whatever it was hasn't come back, however whatever injury just occurred is slightly swollen up, I'm going to ice it and then apply Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream. I guess it's used for skin redness and other cosmetic things.

                            Perspective changes through understanding, and full understanding comes from experience.
                            Unfortunately, it's not likely I'll ever experience the thing that triggers me. But who knows.
