Still going strong with no porn. It's not like I'm not trying to watch any but just really haven't had any desire to do so and it's not because of sex either (there hasn't been any...at all). It's like there has been this reset in my mind and I'm just goin with the flow. For once I am learning who I am and feel free to be myself, make mistakes and live. I haven't felt that way in a really long time. I was always so afraid of making mistakes that it actually drove me to make more and the people that I loved (and still do) weren't very forgiving, came down hard and it honestly made me feel hopeless and at conflict with myself. The turmoil inside was like a pressure cooker. The nice thing about meeting people you don't know is that they don't judge you and are full of grace because chances are they are just as screwed up as you. That's the problem with "perfect people", they live their lives so well and screw up so little that it's hard for them to understand the faults and failures of others and they also have a really hard time admitting when they are truly wrong. Shooting loads -
I have come to a personal conclusion about something
. When it comes to shooting the load, nothing is better than waiting a minimum of 4 days. Leave that pecker alone, no wanking. As I have told many here already, in the past I have tried everything. Taking all the sups, kegels, etc. The simple fact is you just have to hold on to it for 4 days at least. Also, the saying that 4 days is the max you can build your load because after that you body reabsorbs it is bogus. My loads are way bigger at 7 days vs 4 days! This go around it was 5 days. I came into a clear cup so that I could see the effects. I was like a water cannon. For you guys who tend to dribble all the time, if you haven't already, try holding off for 4 days. I know I dribble if I wank it every day. You want to impress the lady with your spraying power, save it up for her. For me the first 4 or 5 blasts are more watery and then the last 3 or 4 are a lot thicker and don't go nearly as far.

Really struggling with being motivated doing exercises. I am very happy with where I am at so the urge to get even bigger is more of a novelty. Continuing to go through all this effort just for another half inch just isn't high on my priority list. I know personally that I do my best when I am highly motivated and right now I'm not. I think for the time being I will continue doing PE on a feel like it basis because I don't want to force myself to do it and then it cause me to hate it. I want to do enough to keep me "conditioned" and "cement" whatever I got now. I'm saying all of this right now but I very well could jump right back into it tomorrow and be singing a different tune. LOL I never said I was leaving PEGYM! I was thinking of focusing on a EQ routine. When I get an erection it is still bendy and not rock hard. Also I really want to eliminate porn all together. I feel like I'm off to a good start but I tend to rely on it when doing the jelqs to keep a good erection going. Also, I know with quitting porn there is usually a good chance your EQ will go to the toilet for a period of time. I don't want to frustrate myself by trying to do PE with all the edging and such and also quitting porn at the same time. I'm trying to cut masturbation down to a week as well. Feel like I need to do a system reset before picking things back up again. I have felt so much better about myself since kicking the porn habit and also going 5 or 6 days between masturbating has really helped with the increased testosterone. My self esteem is at an all time high between all of that and working out on a regular basis. It sounds a bit like overthinking. Even if you were to take large doses of exogenous testosterone and boost your level to 10 times what you have now assuming you are within the normal range it wouldn't do anything for well being. So the natural fluctuations from not ejaculating would really not have any effect on mood, this is pure noocebo/placebo.
I can however recommend a vaccuum based penis extender for a huge boost in EQ. Autoextender sells a vaccuum converting kit for your already existing extender. And if you have thrown it away their vacextender kit is comparably very cheap.
Speaking for myself after extending for 1.5-3hrs with penimaster pro erections are crazy hard and longer than normal directly afterwards.

I don't think it was due to overtraining. I would be concerned being intimately involved however, I could make it work I'm sure but it wouldn't be the "full" experience. For a while I've really struggled maintaining an erection without constant physical "attention". It quickly loses it's power and requires some play to get it back. It makes it stressful sometimes if I let it get to me. I've tried exercising, cardio, losing weight, etc. The staying power just isn't there. I think that porn and heavy masturbation have been the culprits. Good luck with the extender bro. Extending from my experience has been the single greatest tool/routine for gaining length. If every option was on the table regarding tools and such I would chose the extender every time. I am kicking porn in the ass-a-rito! I don't think about it constantly anymore like I use to. Maybe once or twice a day it will pop in my head but there isn't any passion or desire to follow suite. I feel like a normal person for the first time in a very very long time. I actually have a social life. Porn destroyed my confidence and took away my gusto. I'm gonna pull a Celine Dion and say, It's all coming back to me now. haha. I am happier without it and don't feel all shady. I really haven't had a desire to masturbate either until the blue balls sets in. It's nice feeling free and this isn't because of some religious experience.
