Really excited about jumping into this again. I'm actually hoping that when I measure with the rubber ruler (which will be my new standard) I will have less length than when measuring with the tailors tape. I only want to get to 8" and according to the tailors tape I'm less than half an inch away. Hopefully the ruler will say 7.25". That will make things more fun. Either way, I suspect I will attain my goal by the end of this year.
I'm gonna act like I'm starting all over minus the conditioning period. Gonna take before pictures and also pictures of the tools I'll be using. Got a surprise or you all
. Just will have to wait and see.
My hope is that other members and visitors will have another well documented case (with pictures) of a guy who legitimately added .75" (hell maybe even a full inch) to his burrito. I will try to be as detailed as possible with routine and progress. I know this works because I already added 2" and my methods are tried and proven (for me). Let's go for one more! Some side notes non pe related.
Continuing my workout routine of pushups and pull ups. Haven't skipped a beat. I am now up to 40 pushups and 10-12 pull ups and I do them up to twice a day. I have achievd my goal of looking cut. Now it's time to get that tan and work off what's left of this belly while maintaining what I got. Eating roasted peanuts after workouts makes a big difference.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Got big news guys. I measured myself with a flexible rubber ruler and got 7" bpel. Granted my EQ was not great at all, I still measure much less using the ruler vs the tailors tape. I'm not disappointed. I consider the ruler to be the toughest measuring method and I want to measure by those standards. Besides, that gives me plenty more time to do PE
without worrying about being too big. I still got a few tricks up my sleeve and an eager to use them. Got 1" to go and I plan to make this very informative.

One important thing I should point out is that since all my length gains have been reported with the tailors tape (stayed consistent with my measuring device) the net increase in length (2") is still true. I just would have measured closer to 5" instead of 5.5" to begin with.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Starting tomorrow I will begin taking L-Lysine (1g) and L-Arginine (1g) in the morning. I seemed to have really good results after a month of taking this stuff last time. Drinking a cup of Sleepy Time now. That stuff is awesome for deep sleeping. Feels like you got an extra hour or 2 of sleep when you drink it before bed.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log
