    • Just did my JP90 stretches. Can feel the burn in my ligs! Very good signs indeed. Now I'm about to pop the extender on and own it the rest of the day.... at least that's the plan.

Just wish there was a throat to bottem out in....

How many sets do you do, I don't feel much burn when stretching JP90, i still feel my ligaments being stretched but they never seem to really tire out.

I also gain length very slow, so maybe that's why :P

Bundled stretching seems to target it way more though, but it also stretches my skin

        • I just do one set. Total workout time is less than 10 minutes. I will add that I do some intense pulling on the stretches. I do pushups and pull ups daily and I have hand grips at 120lbs tension that I squeeze regularly. I can do pull ups with my fingertips if that helps with perspective. So factor that into my routine and also add the fact that I haven't engaged in the JP90 stretches since last November'ish. So my body isn't used to it anymore.

For everyone, I believe that you can benefit multiple times from the same exercises at different period intervals. Each exercise focuses on different tissues/ligs just like workout exercises. Alternating between JP90, side to sides and bundled stretches over periods of times, for example: JP90 for 3 months then side to side for 3 months then bundled for 3 months, then back to JP90. This will keep things fresh and ensure your burrito gets a total makeover and hopefully you will avoid those nasty plateaus. Just my theory...

Thanks, I am a Powerlifter myself so gripstrength isn't a problem but I seem to be able to put way more tension on my penis if I for example use my Phallosan, and stretch from the bottom of the Bell.

:P my head always wants to escape, with stretch excercises xD

            • In addition to the JP90 stretches mentioned earlier I extended 7h today and got a hell of a workout. I broke it up throughout the day and my burrito stayed so taught that it would have played a note if you strummed it. Man I really feel it and would bet that I made some progress today, feels like I went in for the kill.

Doing the JP90 stretches, when stretching upwards, my burrito goes to the top of my belly button, that's encouraging. Also seeing some promising indications when erect as well. Will measure maybe next week sometime.

My belly button is my goal, I'm 6.1(I reach almost 7.5-8 fully pumped in the Bathmate x40) now i hope to end between 7-8 but girth still comes easier to me.

I'm currently doing some lightweight hanging from my Phallosan(damn that bell is multifunctional) :P

                Currently I'm planning todo

3x10 - 6x10 hanging sets with (no clue how many kilo's, I guess 1-3 kilo)
                Adding manual stretches + Fowers
                Everyother day Bathmate
                Phallosan wear 5+ hours

Any last words of advice :P?

                • That all sounds good. The best advice I can offer is just to keep it as simple as possible. Better to focus on 2 or 3 exercises and do them well than to do many but execute poorly. I have seen all of my gains from doing just 2-3 exercises at a time. Quality over quantity. I will note though that time has always been my limiting factor so if others have more available time for PE then adding more is fine. The key is doing them well.

                        • What extender do you use?

I was cheap and bought a male edge, but that broke after 3 weeks :P Don't want to spend too much but want a good one

                            • Been going through a "PE slump". Would love to say that I took this week off for rest but honestly I haven't felt like it. I'm already happy with my size so there is no driving factor to keep me motivated. Still would love to hit 8". Still gonna PE, just not going to force myself. I plan on getting back on track now.

It's ok to lose steam, happens to the best of us. The key is not to get derailed. Perseverance is essential. Good luck to the rest of you!
