    Notes: This morning's battle with Goliath was much better than last night. My theory on doing my other pump work first before using it paid off. I'm going to have to rework my routine time in order to get more LJ time.

        Notes: Last night's session provided a nice plump hang for this mornig so I was able to get good expansion rather quickly. Starting to get a better handle on the Goliath now. Getting a really solid seal is still a problem but getting better.

        • Evening Session

          Notes: After a long layoff, it was good to get to pumping again. Sometimes I don't really mind holidays when they don't mess up my routine. But I guess the layoff was necessary. Got a chance to spend time with my gf and had a ball as usual.
          Very happy to get back to it tonight. Decided to pick back up with the long ball pump sessions so that was the main focus tonight.

          • Morning Session

            Notes: Waking up to balls hanging to the sheets are becoming common place after a good session the night before. Another month or two of this and I think I may be good to go. I lost a wing nut to my LengthMaster so I had to do manual stretches - it was hard getting a adequate grip due to my flaccid plump so I regulated my stretching routine to base stretches then went right into the LJ.

                    Read about that Total Package Stretch you found on MOS. I've done it a few times and it is indeed a very intense stretch. Even though I do two sessions a day, I only do that stretch once (generally at night when I have more time). Eventually I'll work it into both sessions.

                        Authority? Not quite, but thanks. Others here have been at it far longer than I. Anyway, I've been pumping "consistently" for nearly a year. I stress consistently cause I've been at it off and on since the early 90's but extremely sporadic - a few weeks here ... a month or two there ... it was more like a novelty thing - no real commitment to it and I got no real gains from it.

                        Ball pumping is something I picked up maybe two months or so ago. Had always been interested in "total package definition," not just making my cock bigger. My testicles are not small, but they've always sat high and gave my flaccid an (IMO) odd angle. I wanted my cock to hang straight down as much as possible so I started to stretch the scrotum to get the fellas outta the way a bit. Ball pumping seemed like a natural progression and I've been going strong ever since - I figured as long as I'm getting them lower, might as well make them bigger!

                            Yeah I tried the TPS stretch only once maybe twice and I was shocked because my EQ went down hill from there. The reason I tried it because the only thing I could do was stretching because I was staying at my friends house for 2 weeks last year.

                            I believe that the TPS stretch is a very exterme stretch so I will be waiting for my 6 month mark to try it again. Plus maybe 2 session was too much and I think I did pull way too hard on my dick back then. Who knows???

                              Notes: Didn't have time to get in a session this morning but I maintained a great flaccid hang all day, even with the weather the way it is - very pleased with that. For the most part, tonight's routine was more of the same but I gave a bit more attention to my stretches, holding each directional for a full minute, gradually increasing the intensity of the stretch. Although I warmed up a good 15 min, I took several breaks during my stretches to reheat. I've found that the more I heat, the less I turtle from my stretches (having "no-turtle sessions" are always a good sign).
