    Notes: Nice session to start the week. LM stretch was very very good and getting good strain on ligs. LJ session was fantastic. The fellas responded nicely after the long layoff. Breaking out the Goliath for the morning session warm-down.

    • Morning Session

      Notes: Woke up extremely early but well rested and very horny - too bad my gf isn't here Anyway, with my hormones perked, I figured no better way to put them to work than with a solid PE session This had to be my best LJ session to date! I was so big after taking off the tube, it took a bit of an effort to get the base seal off Talk about a heavy hang!!
      After my long LJ session, getting solid suction on the Goliath was much better. I'd noticed that I'd slacked off a bit on my stomach slaps from my past routines, so I upped the reps. I've found that this really helps get the blood going and maintains the hang much longer.

        It's going along pretty well . I just increased the intensity by adding another day to my routine. My extra routine been like a month now I'm not sure I got to check the logs. At the same time been watching my PI's If there has been any neg ones when I added a extra day.

        • Evening Session

          Notes: Flaccid hang was exceptional all day. During my warmup, I plumped up pretty good and I knew stretching would be a bit of a chore so after the warmup, I went straight into the LJ. Good expansion and I'm loving the way the prolonged low pressure is working on my cock. The pull o the ligs was very pronounced and had to adjust the seal/tube a few times to make sure the stretch was good. I usually don't stop but I took a quick 2 min break and jelqed really slowly for a bit. The head of my cock was absolutely enormous when I finished jelqing - I haven't seen it this big since the first couple of times I used the Hercules. Going to definitely make that a part of my routine.

          After pumping another hour, the stomach slaps felt quite different - seems like I'm having to put a bit more 'umph' behind the swings/thrusts due to the heaviness of my package - but I'm not complaining one bit!

          • Evening Session

            Notes: Woke up way late this morning so no morning session, but flaccid hang was good all day from last night's session. Tonight was more of the same - after the warmup, I went straight into the LJ. Had a nice, long session -set the pressure and sat back. Not a lot of maintenance at all (a squeeze on the trigger here and there) but very relaxing. Took break at the 1.5 hr mark and massaged/jelqed for about 5 min.

            • Morning Session

              Notes: Got a very late start to my morning (the bed was just too damn comfortable and warm) so I didn't get any quality LJ time. I had a tremendously heavy and long flaccid and my balls were still very fat and heavy from last night's session. Since it was nice and toasty under the blankets, I did a few light base stretches, some fowfers and some scrotum pulls (I'm finding my research to be true in that once you top the 2.5 hr mark during a ball pump session, the expansion takes place much faster and the resulting pump hangs around much much longer... but that's for another article ).
              But never fear - whenever time is at a premium, the BathMate is your best friend And it didn't disappoint - I got a great seal/suction and it worked my cock very well - I think I've found a position that works well in the shower and isn't awkward. I never used one with the Hercules, but the shower strap with the Goliath has become a life saver.

              • Evening Session

                Notes: Tonight I had hopes of repeating the results from my session last night and tonight's session went extremely well. Took my usual break at halfway point to jelq and the head was enormous and seemed to get bigger with each jelq stroke. Having more and more "difficulty" taking the base ring off at the end of the session - which is a good thing . It's a good indication of growth and expansion. Veins are becoming more and more prominent and getting real close to the look I'm aiming for.

                    Nope - I'm not all that comfortable using those things. During the short time that I clamped, I was constantly monitoring and making sure things were ok. You SHOULD monitor anyway, but I was obsessive with it and it kinda took the pleasure out of my routine - one of the reasons I stopped clamping.

                    Many years ago I had a psuedo-cock ring that was more like a c-clamp that I wish I had now - I'd certainly use it. It clamped everything but the CS - I think something like this would be of extreme benefit in jelqing. If I ever find it again, that will definitely be added to the toolbox.

                    Now I DO use a silicone ring for my entire package and I'll occasionally jelq while wearing that.

                    • Morning Session

                      Notes: I didn't have time to get in a proper LJ session along with the other exercises I wanted to do this morning, so I broke out the good ole Vacutech - and had a GREAT session!

                      Response to stretches was good, but I did experience slight turtling (there were some stretches where I put some real force into it with the LengthMaster). After some stomach slaps and rollers, the turtling quickly went away and my cock was left very plump. I went right into jelqing and after completing the exercise, my girth was enormous - I was completely flaccid and my girth was as large as my erect girth size. Riding that wave, I slid into the Vacutech cylinder; expansion was quick and I packed in less than 5 min. I pulse-pumped for the last 10 min, then did some light jelqing after coming out of the tube.
