  • I'm a natural 6" in girth - girth gains have come from pumping consistently (finally) and jelqing I wish my length were as impressive as my girth. Some may say I have plenty length but with my obvious dysmorphic views, I don't think so. Those gains have been from pure stretching and probably a little from pumping. I'm one of those 'hard gainers' when it comes to length. /sigh

    Been consistent now for one year (this month - happy anniversary to me )).

          • Evening Session - 4/18

            Notes: This past weekend break was very interesting. My post pump state from Friday remained in place for nearly the entire weekend. Very little gains were lost and my entire package felt extremely heavy the whole time. I was able to achieve random erections and induced erections with no issues and with solid EQ. Not sure what happened during that 3 hour session to trigger that but I'm already laying groundwork to be able to have the time to do it again this Friday . As far as tonight's session, I was only able to get in about 2.5 hours but it was a good 2.5 hours. The lingering effects made the session that much more productive.

            Before I started with the LJ, I did a 5 minute jelqing session and tried the technique in this thread (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...one-tried.html). Wow - talk about a workout. I'm sure it was enhanced by the already present state of my cock but nonetheless, it was a very intense exercise that really got the blood forced up into the glans. I will certainly add this to my routine.

            Total Session Length: @ 2:30

            Warmup
            15 min heating pad

            Exercises
            5 min jelqs
            2.5 hr LJ

            Warmdown
            stomach/thigh slaps, lotion massage

            • Morning Session - 4/19

              Notes: Had a nice thick hang and my balls were still just as big as ever so I thought I'd try to keep it going a bit with a small pump session this morning. Kept it simple - standard warmup, some shakes, rollers and stomach slaps, and a few light stretches to get the blood flowing really good. Pulse-pumped for about 10 min then let it set for another 10. Did a few shakes in the tube and some milking - kept rock hard nearly the entire time and it felt great.

              Total Session Length: 0:40

              Warmup
              10 min heating pad

              Exercises
              20 min VacuTech

              Warmdown
              stomach slaps, lotion massage

                  Dumb question GTO, what's a "stomach flap"?? Sounds like this should be an ab exercise.

                  • LMAO! I've been wondering that myself! I tried to do it, but I'm sure GTO's rockhard abs are more effective at sending a shock wave through his peen than my Airbag Abs

                    I'm curious what the stomach slap does... I made up my own visualization of it LOL!

                    • I am pretty sure that stomach slaps are the stomach version of thigh slaps. As in slapping your penis against your thigh to encourage better blood flow after exercising, but in this case he does it against his stomach.

                          And you would be correct UYN. I try, at least within 2-3 min after my last exercise of a session, to get the slaps going to get all the blood pumping again. I'll also twist my hips from side to side so I get a horizontal slap motion going - kinda funny watchin in the mirror but damn if it doesn't get my cock fat and flushed!

                            • Morning Session - 4/19

                              Notes: A ton of work last night prohibited me from getting any sort of session in (I just used a heating pad off and on for about 30 min to keep me loose), and same with this morning. But I was able to get in a quick session in the shower. After getting warmed with the water, I did some of those horizontal jelqs (hybrid of Uli and standard jelq) - I really, really like this exercise. It got me good and flushed in no time and I could really feel a good "burn" in my CS.
