        As ar as a pump, you are only in your third month - I'd giv it at least a couple more. Use it as a supplement and gradually work it into your routine. Pace your sessions and do a gradual build in tube-time; start at 15 min, after a few weeks go up to maybe 20, and so forth. And get a VacuTech (best out there IMHO).

          Well it hasn't been a week yet, but I feel like damn near a whole month has gone by and I haven't been able to get in a proper session. My schedule this week is actually pretty light but my gf has been with me since last Friday so privacy has been virtually non-existent. Don't get me wrong - having some pretty damn great sex virtually every night (with a few times sprinkled in during the day) and waking up to morning blowjobs have been fantastic (her sex drive is amazingly high) - but I do wish I could get in a solid hour here and there. I guess my 'craving' would be considered PE Addiction, huh?

          One thing I have noticed, however, during my layoff is that a) my flaccid hang is much heavier and fuller throughout the day (with no prompting), and b) my erect girth seems to have increased a bit. I think it could be because of the Ginko that I started a couple of weeks ago has settled in and my body has taken to it - I don't know. I don't think it's all the sex, but it could be - maybe my testosterone levels are higher or something. And maybe the layoff has allowed my cock to realize the gains. So many variables ...

          Have any of you experienced gains when on (what I consider to be) long layoffs? I haven't measured yet, but I do know I'm thicker, not so sure about longer ...

            So GettinThereOk you have been pumping for 10 years . Did you think you got any permnament gains from pumping?? Was it mostly girth ?? or length?? I have been pumping every now then about 3 years. It seems that I have gained in girth over them years. I really like your log I will follow it very good.

              I wouldn't say I've been 'pumping' for ten years - I've been extremely inconsistent in my pumping over those ten . Started back in early 90's with a cheap plastic one from a novelty shop and used it maybe a dozen times over a two month period. Took a multi year layoff then bought a Vacutech (somewhere near 95/96) and used it for a few months off and on and eventually tossed it (don't ask me why - I have no clue). Bought another Vacutech (02/03 timeframe) and again, used it kind of sparingly over a 6 month period and ended up throwing it away as well (yeh _ I've wasted a ton of cash on those things ). But this last time (back in April) I bought another VacuTech (they make great pumps) and I intend to stay with it for the long haul this time .

              Before joining PEGym, I would say my most 'consistent' pumping period was in 03. I used it maybe once a week for about an hour at a time. As far as permanent gains, I don't think that my inconsistent use over the years had really done much - my girth has always been on the large side. Since I have started REAL consistent pumping, I do believe that it has helped more with girth than length. I plan on ordering a new tube in about a month to help with more expansion. And all of the increases I have seen lately has come through prolonged consistent use, coupled with the exercises. I've found that my addition of heat during pumping has really helped as well.

              Thanks for the comments on my log - it's the only thing that really helps me focus and keep consistency in my routines. Being detailed really helps me measure progress.

                Well, it's been two weeks and I'm suffering from PE withdrawals . I miss my pump - is that sad? And it looks like I may be down another week before I can get back into my routine - my gf may be staying over another week. Now, don't get me wrong - I absolutely LOVE her being with me (the sex overload is gggrrrrrrreat!) But trying to steal 10 minutes here and there is difficult to get in any kind of 'proper' stretching routine. I am able to get stretch time in the shower, but I can't stay too long or she'll start asking questions - and I'm not comfortable revealing my PE with her right now.

                As I wrote in another post, it felt like I had made some gains during what I'm calling my decon break. I measured a little while ago:

                FGB: 6 (+0.25) > FGM: 5.6 (0.0) > FGH: 5.35 (+0.1) (AVG FG: 5.65) >>> NBPFL: 5.125 (+0.125) > BPFL: 5.85 (+0.1) > BPFSL: 7.125 (0.0)
                EGB: 6.75 (+0.125) > EGM: 6.5 (0.0) > EGH: 6.5 (0.0) (AVG EG: 6.54) >>> NBPEL: 7.375 (0.0) > BPEL > 7.75 (0.0)

                Increases were in base girth (erect and flaccid) and slightly in flaccid length. I would guess I would attribute it to the ginko supplements with the increased blood flow. I have noticed that I can get erect now in mere seconds, my EQ quality has increased, and my refrac time during sex is now well under 5 minutes. No complaints here but gotta get back in the 'gym' to work on my erect length.

                Hopefully I can get going again soon.

                  What a pleasant surprise this morning when my gf had to run out for a couple of hours. YES! Finally got a chance to get in a session. I knew time was limited so I decided to make it a Long Day since my focus lately has been on length. Turned into a very good workout and I had to make sure I didn't overdo it nice it was the firt day after my long layoff.

                  After 20 minute heat-pad warm-up, I went into my stretch routine:

                  Under Thigh to the Left and to the Right: holding 30-seconds each direction
                  Straight Down to the Left and to the Right: 30-second hold each direction
                  Straight Out to the Left and to the Right: 30-second hold each direction
                  Straight Up to the Left and to the Right: 30-second hold each direction

                  Did 3 sets of these with max heating in between each set. Since I had been down so long, I wanted to make sure I kept my guy good and warm and loose.

                  Next I did 4 Tunica Tugs holding at 60 seconds each - gradually increasing the intensity after the 30 second mark. Kept the heating pad on between sets for about 20 seconds (these tugs are really tiring … and I LOVE it! )

                  Fulcrum Stretches were next. It's simply a basic stretch but I'm stretching in two areas. Perform a standard stretch and with an overhand OK grip, let the heel of your hand/wrist rest on your shaft. As you pull with the OK, press down with your heel. It's a pretty intense stretch when done correctly - I can really feel the ligs in the base getting pulled. I did 3 sets of those straight down, holding at 30 seconds each.

                  Next I did flaccid bends - 2 sets holding at 30 seconds each direction (down, left, right) and final stretch was an LAS for 10 minutes.

                  Finished with heli and rumble shakes. A little disappointed that I wasn't able to get in any real girth work with the clamp, jelqing and pumping, but very happy I was able to get in this session of stretching.

                    Well, looks like I will be re-starting my regular routine and schedule tomorrow. It's been great having the gf around for 3 weeks straight but now we must come down off the cloud and get back to 'life as usual' and go back to our old routine. But it is very good to get back into my exercises. I figure tomorrow will be a good combo day with an extra focus on length. Was able to get in a little stretching this morning (some basic stretches and a LAS for about 15 minutes). Been doing a lot of research during my down time and I want to see how the techniques I have found help.

                      With my research during my time off, I have been able to gather some really good info. One thing that I found consistent in all of the sites I visited was the effort made to stay "flushed" throughout the day - keeping your cock as long and as plump as possible without erection. This seemed to be a general theme with good gainers and it made perfect sense. So in that vein, I am changing up my routine slightly.

                      My last routine modification had my exercises alternating between Long, Fat and Combo days and rotating various stretching and girth exercises in an effort to keep my cock engaged and engorged to the stimuli. I am keeping that process but adding a new variation in splitting up my daily sessions into two parts - a morning and and evening session, with a 5 on/2 off schedule. Mornings will focus primarily on stretching and length, while the evening session will be more girth oriented.

                      I was once under the strong impression that I did not need to get a BathMate but after further research, I think using it in my routines would really be helpful with what I have planned. So I will be placing my order soon (I've been converted ). I've read a lot of good feedback from it and I am sure it will help me keep in a "flushed flaccid" state throughout the day. I also plan on buying some sort of ADS - like the AutoXSleeve or doing some sort of traction wrapping. With my schedule shifting for at least the next three months, I believe this will be a good time to experiment with this.

                      I started this morning with my split routine and focused on length and stretches. I generally stay with one exercise until I move to the next but as with the other changes, I felt like mixin it up a bit and I alternated from one exercise to the next after doing a set.

                      After about 15 minutes with the heating pad:
                      - 1 set basic stretches - under thigh, straight out, left, right, center, up and down - holding at 30 seconds each, intensifying the pull as I climbed higher in the count.
                      - 5 minute LAS
                      - 1 set fulcrum stretches - staight down left, straight down right, straight down center
                      - 2 sets A-stretches holding for 30 seconds each
                      - 5 minute LAS
                      - 2 sets rotary stretches
                      - 4 Tunica tugs for 60 seconds each
                      - 1 set basic stretches - under thigh, left, right - each side - 30 second hold each direction

                      I made sure I used plenty of heat as I put on the pad for about 1 minute between each change. The stretches felt good and I think the session was very good overall - experienced only slight turtling so that's a good sign. I Had to adjust a lot on the LAS since it seemed like my utes refused to cooperate and stay out of the way. And after my last set of tunica tugs, my cock fell on my leg with a thud as if to say "Whew, I'm tired!"

                      Later tonight I'll go into the second session with some pumping, clamping and mucho jelqing!

                        Continued the session with part two last night. It consisted of the following:

                        - 20 min heat pad warm-up
                        - 3 tunica tugs - 30 second hold
                        - 3 sets fulcrum stretches straight down, left and right - 30 second hold
                        - 2 sets basic stratches - under thigh, left, right and straight down - 30 second hold
                        - 10 minute clamp
                        - 200 wet jelqs (8 sets 25 each)
                        - 30 minute vacuum pump - 1 break at 15 minute mark with 50 slow jelqs, 50 v-jelqs
                        - Warm down - thigh and stomach slaps, heli and rumble shakes

                        Had a very good workout last night. Felt really good to finally do jelqs again. Took a lot of concentration to keep erection levels at a minimum but got through it fairly well. Even though it took a bit longer than normal to pack the tube, good pump session and my cock responded well.

                        I woke up to pretty solid wood today so I'm quite pleased about that . I remembered that pumping shouldn't be done on consecutive days, so I ran this morning's session with a ton of jelqs:

                        - 10 minute warm-up
                        - 200 wet jelqs (8 sets 25 each)
                        - 10 minute clamp
                        - 100 wet jelqs (4 sets 25 each)
                        - 10 minute clamp
                        - 50 slow jelqs

                        I used the heat pad between sets/exercises as usual and finished the session with stomach and thigh slaps (150 each). After I showered, I gave my cock a good massage with the Johnson's cream. I've got an excellent hang going on right now and it should stay this way a good portion of the day. Tonight I'll flip and concentrate on length. I've found some new stretching exercises and look forward to adding them in.

                            I measured an aerosol can this weeked on a whim and it happened to be what I stated as my ultimate goal - 9 x 8. Seeing that size up close and personal did give me pause a bit - that can was freakin HUGE! But I base my PE workouts on the basis of reaching this goal as it keeps me focused. I'm probably more than big enough right now, but as I have stated in the past, PE is more about me and what makes me feel good. Granted, if I ever reach the size where my gf says "whoa, you are really getting to be too much," then I'll cut it back and just go into maintenance mode. I do want it to be enjoyable for her.

                            I figure if you plan for and shoot for the stars, reaching the moon will be a piece of cake.
