  • Since today's the 24th, I just completed my measurements. I measured sitting and standing over the course of several hours this morning. Readings varied over the two positions (as much as a full inch on a couple of measurements) so I took the conservative approach, took the low ends and did some averages.

    FGB: 6.125 (+0.125) > FGM: 5.75 (0.150) > FGH: 5.5 (+0.150) (AVG FG: 5.8) >>> NBPFL: 5.5 (+0.375) > BPFL: 6.25 (+0.4) > BPFSL: 7.5 (0.375)
    EGB: 6.8(+0.05) > EGM: 6.7 (0.2) > EGH: 6.5 (0.0) (AVG EG: 6.67) >>> NBPEL: 7.375 (0.0) > BPEL > 7.75 (0.0)

    Again, my Achilles heel seems to be in erect length - not a squat gained in a month .... Nearly every other measurement recorded some sort of gain. I look back on my sheet and look at the swings in measurements between sitting and standing (I usually measure sitting so those were the ones I took more stock in) but I should have seen at least something something in length. Ont eh flip side, flaccid gains were nice and girth (even erect girth) picked up a bit. I will more than likely reach my short-term girth goals before I reach my length goals. I know things vary like the wind with certain conditions and all (I haven't taken any of my ginko or other supplements yet).

    But NOT to be deterred! I SHALL press (or rather "stretch") on! LOL!

    • You are CLASSIC, pal. I swear that girth and flaccid are easier to gain than length, whatever approach one uses, whatever device one uses, manual, whatever. You, again, are proof of the pudding. The limiting factor in length is much more profound than the limiting factor in girth. That has been my observation over the years I have been practicing p.e. I'm sure there are exceptions here.

        Damn ... sometimes it would be kinda nice not NOT be normal - lol ... I sooooooooo love that I'm gaining girth and I absolutely love the way my flaccid hang looks and feels .. I just wish good 'ole Length-Boy would wake up and join in on the festivities!

        • I'm just the opposite, my girth gains are SLOW to non existent. When I get another 1/2"-3/4" length or so, I attacking the girth in full force. That puppy is gonna grow dammit!

            The "steel cord", the ligaments, etc. - all of that keeps length in check pretty good. Nothing really seems to limit girth as much and to such an extent ....

            I may venture into hanging, but not anytime soon. Schedule doesn't really allow and form what I've seen and read from blink, it's quite a commitment. I'm definitely gonna get a LengthMaster from MOS though ... I think I've done about as much as I can do manually on stretching - I need something to help supplement my length work.

                Yeh - it may seem that way. And at first I thought so too, but after I took a look at it, I have a core set of exercises that I always do and I just rotate them through on a weekly basis. My stretches are pretty much the same, but the way I split my routine up (sometimes going twice a day) it may seem scatter-shot. Believe me - I've analyzed this thing and I can't really complain with the progress I've made so far. I look at it like the P90X style of "muscle confusion" - core exercise done a different way as as to not let the body get "settled" into a routine. So far, I think that approach is working - for my girth at least. DAMN LENGTH just won't cooperate! LOL!!

                  That's what I was meaning in terms of progression. But I appreciate your concerns about twisting, millia has a good article on it however.

                    • Well today was sort of weird day in terms of scheduling and work so I've been able to get in a "day-long" type of session while working from home. I'd been using the heat pad off on and on for the past couple of hours and doing some stretching here and there - lots of under thigh and base stretches (even tried a few bundles stretches with advice from vulcan - not too bad but still a bit hesitant). Because I had such a long extended warmup, the time necessary to warmup in the shower for the BathMate was nil. I let the water run on me for about a minute or two then filled the BatMate with water and put it on.

                      I was able to get some absolute great suction and went about with my bathing. When I was done, I did two sets of really deep BM Stretches in all directions, then took it off so I could bathe my cock. It felt soooo good and I came close to going over the edge but I pulled back - saving it all for the gf!

                      I filled it back up with water and put it back on for an additional 10 minutes with, again, great suction. I stayed in the shower for a few more minutes, then got out and dried off with the BM still on. I took it off and lotion down, giving my cock a few slow jelqs with the lotion. Nice, fat and heavy. Great session. And with the way my schedule is looking right now, I may be able to get in the same tomorrow.

                      • This morning's session was focused length. Warmed up for about 20 min then went through the basic directional stretches. I added in some base stretches and a few tunica tugs. I also added flaccid bends and A-stretches. Fairly light but I think it was effective - no turtling and my cock still feels very loose.

                        I may be able to get in another session tonight and will continue my length work. I remember reading somewhere on another post (I should've subscribed since I can't find it) about how the guy implemented an "inverted" hanging process where he hung weights in a pulley like system so that he could focus on hanging "up" instead of down. I think this could really benefit in getting deep ligament stretch so I'm looking into that more.

                          It's quite a commitment! That's the way I approached the manual exercises in 2003-2004. And that is why I gained so quickly in length and girth. Few people have the time, the energy, and the commitment needed. Those that do, succeed. And the bottom line is: How bad do you want this?

                          And then, of course, there are the lucky bastards who just gain quickly--however they approach p.e. I guess you could call them "the naturals." They're out there, for sure.

                          • Was able to get in some time today and I got in some good combo work.

                            Warmup
                            20 min with heat pad

                            Exercises
                            - Stretches - 2 sets all directions (under thigh, left right, up, out, straight down fulcrum - held each about 30 seconds on first set, 60 seconds on 2nd set
                            - Flaccid bends - 3 sets - left, right, down - 30 seconds

                            Got in the shower for some BathMate time. After warming up under the water, I slipped on the BathMate and went about my bathing. The suction was so-so and I had to redo it a couple of times before I got it decent. After about 10 minutes, I took it off, bathed the cock and balls and did some rumble shakes and stomach slaps. I guess getting the slight flush I got from that really helped cause when I put the BathMate back on, I was able to get some amazing suction. I did 2 sets of BM stretches in all directions - really slowly with increasing intensity as I neared the end of my count (about 15 seconds each direction).
                            The suction felt so good, I left it on when I got out the shower and dried off. After 15 minutes, I took it off and wow - my cock was absolutely, freakishly huge and my glans looked enormous. I instantly measured and I was at 7" at mid shaft and 7.5" at the base. The only other time I've hit that 7" mark was in my VacuTech.

                            Warmdown
                            I got in about 100 standard jelqs (light grip/intensity). Jelqing with lotion isn't that ideal for me so I had to use a ton of it to get the right feel. A few more rumble shakes and stomach slaps. I also did some light testicle jelqing and put on the silicone rings I received in the mail yesterday. I am looking to get some lower hanging balls and I think these rings are a step in the right direction. They medium size are a very comfortable fit.

                            Hopefully I will have some time over the weekend to get back to my VacuTech - lack of adequate time has been the only deterrent. Thankfully, the BathMate has stepped in and helped quite admirably.

                            • Today I decided to really attack length and with some very helpful tips from Zulu, the session turned out very well I think.

                              Warmup
                              - 20 min with electrical heat pad and warm wash cloth

                              Exercises
                              - 2 sets basic stretches all directions (under thigh, left right, up, out, straight down fulcrum - held each about 30 seconds on first set, 60 seconds on 2nd set)
                              - 2 sets directional tunica tugs (25 sec hold each direction with 60 sec hold straight out)
                              - 2 base stretches @ 60 sec hold
                              - 1 set directional tunica tugs (25 sec hold each direction with 60 sec hold straight out)
                              - approx 100 jelqs (low intensity)
                              - approx 50 full package jelqs (cock and balls - low intensity)
                              - ball pumping with VacuTech (low pressure @ 3Hg) for 10 min
                              - standard penis pumping for 10 min (@ 5-7Hg)
                              - ball pumping - 5 min
                              - 10 min BathMate; after 5 min, conducted 2 sets BM stretches all directions

                              Warmdown
                              Stomach slaps in shower

                              Very good session today. I kegeled throughout the session and especially when in the tube - really felt the blood pumping. As usual I used lots of heat and the electrical pad felt pretty good today. I usually don't get that good of heating from it and I use the microwaveable pad. But today it worked/felt pretty good. Hopefully it'll feel that good all week.

                              I'm wearing one of my large silicone ball rings as a "full package ring" and wow - my package is huge! Really helping keep the flushed state from the BathMate and VacuTech session - very nice indeed.

I plan to resume my normal routine (concentrating on length) tomorrow.
