  • Not really too much of an update. Still going at it. Daily hanging for at least 40minutes at 5.5lbs. I won't go any higher as I want to hang with comfort and without taping - which hurts when taking it off. Also I do manuals with 1 day off after 2 or 3 training days.
    Today in the morning my penis was nicely engorged when I was leaving bed. When my wise spotted, she was like "Ohhhhh", grabbed it and kissed me. Kids were close so nothing else happened, but was pretty sexy and encouraging.
    It's always nice to have bigger flaccid and that's what I have now most of the time again after restarting PE.

    • Flaccid is great. I am hanging usually over 1.5hours a day with 5.5lbs. With no taping is so much easier to get in and out.
      I also do manual stretches and jelqing and I do 2-3 a week ULI's or clamping session. I overdid it yesterday though with ULI's and caused myself a little bruise on the shaft which I think comes from ruptured vein. Nothing serious, I had this before. All it means is that I will skip girth exercises for about a week or two.
      I feel I might be slightly, but will measure only in mid december, not to get discouraged by numbers.
      At this point I don't really care about girth, but in the future I think I will focus on it a lot.

      Almost forgot to mention: I came up with this stretching exercise I really enjoy. I do it right before sleep when lying on my bed. I lie on my back bend my knees a lot. Then I reach under my leg with my hand an grab penis. You need to bend over a bit to be able to reach you penis. Once you grab your glans you go back to the initial position on your back and all you need to do is just hold as this stretches your penis on its own. To increase tension you can straighten your legs or even move them to side. I really like it and my hands don't get tired so much. I should also mention that I use overgrip and pice of toilet paper to increase friction. I change side every cca 2 minutes.

      • Hi, so here I am 5 weeks after starting with a consistent routine. Been hanging 2.5Kg on daily basis usually between 60-100minutes, doing also jelqs and stretching and also uli's and erect bends to some extent.
        What I didn't were breaks during the first three weeks, but then I decided to do breaks on Wed and Sun.
        This weekend I took the whole weekend off to get some relevant measurements. I did measure myself yesterday night (over 24 since any PE) and tonight. All measurement were very consistent.
        My new size is 7.09" (18cm) x 5.43" (13.8cm). I am pretty sure my MEG was 13.5 5 weeks ago. Pretty happy with that. Also BPEL has grown, I've never been able to reach 18cm when not post workout. Also I've seen new maximum with BPFSL during this week which was 7.87" (20.0cm). This last week and half I introduced some intense stretching. I think I used to do this in my early PE career and I must say after first few session my penis felt like it took some beating. This feeling was a bit close to fatigue feeling, but more intense in a way (which I have not decided whether a good or bad)...
        Anyway, I will follow this routine of mine having 2 or 3 days off a week and will see, where it takes me in another 6 weeks or so. If I could grow another 2mm in length, that would be awesome.

        Btw I have always wondered how I would feel when over 18cm. And I must say I don't feel anything special.. I guess I need to carry on with PE

        • Hey, I know I'm not very active here, but I do carry on doing pe. I had a about a week off during Christmas and also drank a bit, but no too much really.
          Week or two ago I measured BPEL at 18.1cm (7.126") and today I decided it was time to measure officially. I measured 18.2cm (7.165"). But I edged for like 20+ mins before measuring, so I will stick to 18.1cm (7.126"). I am really excited about breaking the plateau. I know the progress is slow, but it's a progress.
          I've been hanging 5.5lbs at least 5 days a week for about an hour. Sometimes for like 20mins at the end of a session I added another 2.2lbs.
          I think the real game changer is that I supplement it with stretching with really high intensity. I also do a bit of jelqing here and there.

          The next milestone after breaking 18cm is hitting 18.4cm (7.24"). At that point it will be a full 1 inch gain.

          • In the beginning of the year, we decoded to move, so life got in yhe way. We are still in the process of moving, but I will now have a month time to PE during homeoffice, so I will do my best to make us of it.
            I currently measure 18cm BPEL. MEG not measured.
            I will try to hang 2hours a day at 5.5lbs, do some stretching and jelqing. And each Monday, Wednesday, Friday I will do some heavier girth workout (ULIs and the bath tub thingy from success forum).
            Aim is to go up at least to 18.2cm BPEL and any gain in girth..

              • Hi, again from my phone. After my past post I managed to train for about a month and got to about 18.2cm BPEL with mainly hanging and manual stretching.
                But then didn't find recently time to do much PE. Now I am back. I don't have enough privacy to do hanging, but I can do some hours long stretching sessions with my vac ads under my sweatpants from my home office (tested this today). Plus some manuals in the evening.
                Also I read Hydeaways85s thread and will do 2-3 times a week 30-60min ULIs session before sleep in bed.
                I did one session 2 days ago and my MEG 24h later was 5.51" (14cm) which Is 2mm above my normal. Not too bad given it was after 24hours and not related to skin swelling (like from pumping).
                I will not measure now until 2022. Hoping to get to 18.5cm x 14.2cm (7.3" x 5.6") BPEL x MEG by January (currently at about 7.13" x 5.43")

                Note: I overdid it with ULIs two days ago and I believe I ruptured one of the veins on my penis. Now I am left with small purple bruise in that place. So I will wait a bit before doing them again...

                • Just a quick update.
                  The bruise from the ruptured vein (I believe) went away within days, so I am ready to do some heavier girth workouts again now.
                  Anyway, it is difficult fór me not to measure. I did measure once more on an off day, to see if I had some initial gains, to understand, what the real gains will be in the next 2 or 3 months...
                  But seriously no more measuring for next 2months at least.
                  Latest stats are: 7.165" (18.2cm) BPEL x 5.51" (14cm) MEG.

                  • Still PEing on regular basis usually 5-6days a week.
                    Currently the regime is 2-3h stretching or 30+min vac hanging with 3.5Kg during work hours, and in the evening 20+mins stretching behind legs followed by 30+mins of jelqing. Sometimes I do some ULI's. Successfully staying away from a measuring tape.

                    • Just want to mention, after my update yesterday I pumped to 20+ inHg and ended with multiple purple bruises on my penis. Very silly. I will stay away from any girth workout for a few days.

                      • Still at it. Usually I just do some stretching with higher intensity for 20-30mins at night watching Netflix, followed by either jelqing or ULIs. Usually once a week I do pump for about 10mins. I haven't measured myself, but today in the pump (there is an in-built ruler) I think I saw some gains. We'll see in January or February once I measure officially.
