          • Yesterday's session

            1hr hang 2.25 kg

I'll start taking less days off now. So I'll train again today.

Things are going well. Kudos to Total Man. I'm very please with this product. It's easy to use. The design allows for decent weight to be used without worrying about it slipping.

Like with any new device, it takes a couple of weeks to find the correct way to fit it and find your preferences.

I'm not sure whether I've made any gains at this point. I'm kind of past obsessive measuring, but I will try my best to do so at the end of the coming week. I'm at week 4 so I'll add a kg by then.

Another thing I'll say about hanging. It is definitely not for the beginner. I have had good success with most forms of PE ie manuals, pumps, extenders but none of these compare to the intensity of hanging. You feel the stretch deep inside your pelvis. There's all sorts of weird feelings going on that I think as a beginner would freak you out. 2 years of training has given me a good understanding of my unit and what feels good and what feels bad. If I was a newbie I reckon hanging would either cause injury or freak you out so much you'd quit training.

So take my advice, explore, exploit and exhaust all other methods before you progress to hanging.

            Good luck!

              Warm up
              15 min hang 2.25
              45 min hang at 3.5kg
              Edge

So I figured I'm close to week 4,so I've tried upping the weight by 1.25 kg.

It was good, I felt the fatigue in the last 15 minuets.

It's worth mentioning that I definitely benefit from warming up properly. When I have a rubbish warm up session the base of my shaft burns like crazy. So I heavily reccomemd a decent warm up before hanging.

So given that I'll outline my warm up procedure below.

              Cup of coffee
I press and roll my unit along the cup, swapping sides, going on the top and bottom. I also press the cup on my fat pad. I then do 100-200 light intensity side to sides then repeated the coffee cup thing.

I call this The English Gentleman warm up. Try it!

                Hanging 1hr in 15min sets 3.5kg
                Edge

                Incredibly intense session. Wow.

PIs are great so far. Definitely feeling the extra weight. Still no issues with the hanger, it handles the weight just fine. I really don't know when I'll measure. Probably at the 6 week mark when I'm half way.

                • Today's session

                  Warm up
                  Hanging 1hr 3.5kg
                  Edge

Another great session. I changed my warm up a bit today.

I gave it a quick warm with a cup of tea, then did one set of directionsls at a light intensity, 20 all the way rounds and 100 side to sides, I then spent another few minutes using the cup of tea to warm my unit through. All stretches are low intensity.

It felt much better when I came to hang, the base burn was gone 5 minuets into the hanging.

The edging session afterwards my Wang got rock hard.

My girth felt really fat today, I think this hanging is at least helping my girth, so I'm happy about that.

Another week or so then we'll know of I'm gaining.

Another great session. My unit is already becoming accustomed to the weight increase. I'll ride out the 4 weeks and resist temptation to increase any further.

PIs are really good still, my flaccid hang after a couple of hours after training is phenomenal, probably the best it's ever been. I have daily morning wood and sporadic wood throughout the day.

So,yeah all is going to plan so far!

Today I have the total man hanger a go.

There is a video on site here of how to fit one and the parts that come with the hanger. It is also on YouTube.

It comes with a rubber sleeve that you'll have to cut to size, a bandage wrap and then the clamp like unit that holds it onto your unit.

I found the sleeve tricky to put on, but I think that'll more be a matter of practice.

After fitting the whole unit, I put it on pretty tight at first to make sure there was no slip.

I put 1.25 kg on there for an hour. I loosened the grip of the clamp over the course of the hour. I found it didnt need to be right as the sleave and bandage were surficient to grip and stop any slippage.

It's a bit different for me to not hang off the ridge of the glans. This hanger requires you to grip along your shaft and only touch the ridge, so most the weight is on the shaft. It pulls a bit on the base of my foreskin so in certain positions I could feel a light burn there. But as I progressed through the session this didn't bother me.

All in all, so far I'm pleased with the hanger. It's relatively easy to fit. It doesn't slip and its comfortable.

The design is solid. It's not going to break in anyway unless you took a sledge hammer to it.

I was able to wear it for an hour without having to take it off to readjust or to replenish my unit. This I imagine might change as the weight goes up.

I'll be aiming to train daily and take breaks as I feel I need them.

                      Today's session

                      Hang 1.25kg 1 hour
                      100 jelqs.

I'll be jelquing afterwards to replenish and hopefully maintain girth throughout.

Yeah, it's all good, I have experience with hanging, so I've been experimenting. Now the weights gone up, I have to break every 15 to 20 minutes. I wouldn't recommend an hour at all. I've done 30 minutes and that was OK as it goes but I wouldn't recommend it either.

How long have you been doing PE for?

Cool. Have you ever tried manual excersises prior to your hanging journey.

I only say, because it's generally considered and advanced excersise. What's made you decide on hanging at this point?
