    Routine has been the same for almost 2 months. PIs are great. My unit has never been thicker or longer or healthier. Good stuff.

      thanks Pound! PE is absolutely amazing I can’t believe it sometimes! Wish I would’ve known about it 20 years ago I’d be massive right now!!! I’m hoping for a solid 5.3” girth measurement later this week. Wish me luck!

      • Finishing up the 2nd jelq-free cycle this week, and also 6 months has passed since I stated PE. I wanted to report some updated gains. I will be updating my sig pretty soon, but here are today’s measurements:

        BPEL 7.37”
        EG 5.37”

        I believe these to be awesome gains in 6mo. Over 1” length, and 1/2” in girth. Feels good!

        Current:10/1/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.625

            Thanks Pound! I'm still blown away that PE actually works. I really wish i'd known about this years ago. I've pretty well given up on the extender, haven't thrown it away yet, but no longer using it. I still want that 8" too bad to give up now!

            Girth is still my primary focus, as i always felt my unit was thin and going from 4.8 to 5.25-5.37 has been amazing. I love having a thicker dick and can't wait to hit 5.5". Not sure if I really want 6" as shown in my goals. That's pretty big! Yesterday during sex I had a really hard time shoving it into my wife. Seriously, it was an issue LOL. I just couldn't get it in there, and ended up losing my erection and had to jerk it to get back hard and finally made it in there. That was at the 5.3-ish girth. No way in hell she could ever take 6".

            • Wrapped up jelq-free cycle, and will be taking a full week off PE per Al's recommendations. I'm a bit nervous in doing so. I haven't taken more than a few days off since I began PE in may. Its probably all in my head, but I feel like I'm going to lose all my gains!

              • Day 2 of rest after jelq-free. I must admit I got a bit antsy and did a few squeezes and stretches, just to get the blood moving! WOops! Morning wood was intense today, it woke me up and was pointed straight up at 11 o'clock! I'm going to start next session and focus more on side to sides and try to get 7.5" length, and might add back in some jelqing.

                • I don't know why, but i just hate rest days...this week is killing me! I know its needed to grow. I've become somewhat obsessed with PE over my months of training and can't stop tugging on my dick! Can't wait to get back into my routine next week.

                        So far still in the game, although my flaccid seems to be smaller than when doing regular PE. Rest is going well. Its a nice mental break, not worrying about PE all the day long! Had some nice rock hard dick that I gave to the Mrs the other day! PE is an amazing thing!

                        Serious issue about where to put my dick when sitting. Currently I'm sitting on my dick. My flaccid is so damn long, it wants to lay underneath my balls and i'm constantly sitting on my head...maybe i'll try to move it over top my leg...struggle is real!!!!

                            • 12/9/2019: Will back on the wagon tomorrow after about 1 week off. I'll be honest 1 week off was pretty rough. I got antsy on probably day 3-4 and did a few squeezes and felt good. I feel like I lost a bit of girth which is disappointing. Before the break I was measuring an easy 5.375" and now just 5.25". I'm not discouraged though, 5.25" is still thicker than I ever imagined I'd be. Can't wait until I hit that magical 5.5".

                              I think I'm going to give Big Al's program 1 more cycle before moving back to jelqing. Will start cycle 3 tomorrow.

                                My girth tends to fluctuate between 5.25 and 5.35 regardless of PE and rest. Length stays pretty consistent.

                                Yup 5.5 would be awesome.
