    Great routine tonight. Loving the new found energy. So I pulled out a dildo I got my wife last year, she thinks it is too big, so I decided to measure it to see what my goals should really be Thing looks huge to me too, but amazingly measures only about 6.25 (of useable length) x 5.3 or so. LOL, those are attainable.

      Another great workout to make me feel I wasted the last 10-12 months.

      Bundled stretches 2 x 30 seconds each (first 10 seconds were kegaled)
      5 way stretch 2 x 60 seconds each, first 12 seconds kegaled
      Circle stretch 2 x 12 each way
      Slow jelqs x 100, split by 30 V jelqs
      Glans squeeze after jelq x 10 with a 10 second kegal hold
      10 minutes of edge

        Continued the great workouts tonight, same routine as above. I take a week off starting Thursday upcoming, so break tomorrow then 3 days in a row.

        QUESTION: Seems I have lost some BPSFL, from 7.25 back in March to 6.5 now??? I followed a girth routine for almost three months before starting this one a couple weeks ago. Any thoughts on what that may mean? Though I didn't measure, BPEL may have increased slightly.

          Day off today. Start back Monday. Tested BPSFL on the off day today and it was 6.75. not sure what is going on, but it was a little better today? My flaccid was great all day today however, 4x4. Usually when I play sports I turtle up, but not today.

            Back at it tonight. Sort of a downer workout due to some personal issues going on, but felt something needed to be done with time off coming in a couple days. Will go for the next two days then a week off. Nothing spectacular to comment. But did read the TGC theory for the thrid time and decided my EQ could be due to the stretching I have been doing the last two weeks, so I reduced the stretching to one set and added some extra jelqing, very hard to get an erection weaning off using porn. But in the end it will be better I guess.

              Well, after a poor workout, but effective one yesterday, I get the great night of PE and awesome time with post workout sex.

              First the PE, started in the shower with warm up while washing then stretching.
              2 x 30 seconds each bundled,
              2 x 15 seconds circle,
              20 JAI.

              Then got out and did
              1 x 30 seconds of 5 way and
              1 x 60 seconds of 5 way stretches.

              Did 75 wet jelqs,
              30 V-jelqs
              75 wet jelqs

              Did 10 of what I call, jelq, kegal, compress.
              Did 10 side jelqs.

              QUESTION: Is one hand stroke in a jelq a rep, or both hands? Probably doesn't really matter I guess, but just wondering what everyone else considers a rep.

              Now, the sex part. Got a shower together, the usual foreplay stuff, 69, etc. Then she jumped on top of me. Dang I got the greatest look on her face I have ever seen. Talk about motivation for the future. That is how I know this workout is working, as I haven't measured, but she knew it was bigger. I will have a smile on my face until the weekend.

              And I got the BPFSL back to 7 tonight, post sex.

                Getting ready to do the girth part of the routine, did the length earlier in the shower.

                Length was
                2 x 30 bundled
                5 x 10 seconds flaccid bend
                4 x 10 seocnds flaccid compressor
                1 x 30 seconds each way stretch
                30 JAI
                2 x 15 seconds circle stretch each way
                1 x 60 seconds stretch

                Jelq routine will be
                200 Jelq
                50 V jelq
                20 Jelq Uli/kegal
                Edging as long as it will let me

                A little more intense today as I will take the next week off. Hopefully I can check this forum and keep up with others while I am gone. Here is to gains while taking a break, (praying so)

                I alomst feel as if I spent the first 6 months of my PE career gaining EQ, therefore noticeable gains. Then the next 12 months conditioning my penis for some real instense work. Not sure how in the long run it will turn out, but so far so good.

                  Alright I am back from my week break. I actually didn't really break much, but the last couple days and tomorrow.

                  Did some flaccid work int he shower when I could each day, couple JAI, flaccid bends, circle stretches and such.

                  Was a little dissapointed today though, I had great erections with the wife over the week, thinking I was getting around 6.25-6.5 BPEL, but she helped me measure today and could only get it to 5.75. Base girth was almost 5 though. Start back the routine on Monday and get to my goals by the end of the year!!!

                  Must say as well, had a little stress from travel and such and also didn't eat well over the last couple days, so I will attribute that to the poor erection length, hopefully.

                    Alright, after a 10 day hiatus, back at it.

                    2 x 30 second bundled stretch each way
                    3 x 30 seconds flaccid bend in different positions
                    2 x 12 second rotational stretch
                    60 second 5 way stretches, 3 sets
                    3 x 100 jelq with 30 V-jelqs inbetween
                    a few Ulis and uli jelqs
                    Finished with about 10-15 minutes of edging that wasn't supposed to be a cum shot, but, oops.

                    Started to apply Enlargel twice daily yesterday. See how that helps the flaccid.

                    Good to be back at it. Also changing from 2 on 1 off to 5 on 2 off for the next month.

                      I'm curious to see how the enlargel works for you, I've read some info about it, but I haven't tried it.

                        Well, I thank the Lord everyday for my wonderful wife. Though I started PE in privacy not sure where it would take me. After some time my routine had to change due to life changes and she became aware of PE. She has since told me it kinda freaked her out and she didn't like it. The last 4-6 weeks we have had a sort of relationship epiphany I guess and have drawn closer to each other and God. I truely believe the gains I have seen myself (though not yet being found in measurement) are directly related to her involvment and acceptance of PE. Especially since she feels me further up in her. It also helps as I am able to change my routine to slightly earlier in the evening after the kids go to bed I can go into the bedroom instead of waiting till everyone is asleep late at night.

                            When I did 5 days on, I would follow the same basic routine and either add or take away some exercises.
                            It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.

                              Gotcha, that is what I am kinda doing. Using the basics then adding or taking away exercises I hear about here daily to try them out. Then if I like them, I use them occasionally.

                                Day 3 back from break. Pretty much the same thing, intense stretching and lots of jelqing. Not much from the Enlargel yet. No biggie. No ejaculation tonight and supposedly the wifes flo starts this week, so she will get a shower of cum next week, if I can hold it until then.
