      Continued with the 3rd workout last night. Tonight is off night, dinner and a movie lol. Exciting news that I hit 6.5" during my edging last night with the help of a strong kegal. Regardless, this routine of less work than what I was doing must be helping.

          Someone may have mentioned it on another site. Not sure how much stock it holds but I feel different about body adaptation than others do about scar tissue . I feel if you pulls and sqeeuze enough eventually the body has to adapt

            Day off yesterday, sex with the wife was good though. Today back at it.

            15 minute warm up with flax sock
            30 squeezes for 10 seconds each
            500 side to side stretches.
            Edge for 30 minutes. Actually kept from ejaculating this time, but no MMO.

            Feel so good about the help from Big Al, just anticipating the results come December. So far away yet so close.

              Last work out of the week. 30 squeezes for 10 seconds and 550 side to side stretches. Then edge for about 15-20 minutes.

                Off tonight, wife will help me measure so stats to come. Not sure if there will be changes or not, BPSFL is 6.5" without warm up so that has not changed.

                So the measurements were as follows,

                EQ was about 8.5-9
                BPEL was 6 on the dot
                Base girth was 5.1
                Mid shaft was 4.75
                Base of Glans was 4.3

                So for a natural erection, I am 1 inch from legnth goal and about 0.75 inch from midshaft goals.

                  This really brought my confidence up a lot. Finally someone like me, not much girth that is actually gaining girth. Hopefully ill go down the same path and you'll probably be seeing me asking some advice from ya! lol

                    Well wish the best for you. I know my girth has just begun to explode lately not only on my own, but with the help of Big Al. I will say, if you look at my log I lost some girth around month 5 of PE, so don't be worried if you lose a bit it will come back. I really didn't think there was much to the stretched flaccid length versus BPEL theory, but ever since I did a girth only routine (with a few stretches) a few months ago, it has really helped it seems.

                      Day off again per Big Al's instructions, ugh so hard to not PE when you feel you should be. But gotta listen to the man. Will take measurements again on Aug 28th to see how the first month with the meCoach routine went.

                              Warm up for 5 minutes
                              33 squeezes for 10 seconds
                              585 side to side stretches
                              edge for 20 minutes
                              Warm down for 5 minutes

                              Then going to do a body workout later tonight.

                              Have good PI's, but think the size went down a bit.

                              Edit: Well just finsihed for the night. Must say I feel a little better, seems the girth came back and I had to measure BPSFL cause it seemed really "spongy" so to say and it was almost 7.5 inches. Don't know what this means for now but at least I am seeing some sort of length difference in some department.

                                Last workout of the week. Not much to report, just working the unit until the next measurement on Sept 1st or so.

                                Edit: Well, overall it was a good routine
                                34 squeezes, 600 side to side stretches. Edged for about 40 minutes without coming then warmed down in the shower. Then got off with a nice blow job from the wife, then again an hour later with soem doggystyle. Can't complain about that.
