Day off, well, weekend off. Bought the oils to make EVO. Making sure it doesn't react on my wrist first then going to try it next week. At least it smells good.

Well, ok. First workout of week 3 with meCoach.
Warmed up for 5 minutes with rice sock
36 squeezes for 10 seconds
610 side to side stretches
Edged for 20 minutes, no orgasm
Warm down in shower for 5 minutes.
First night I used the EVO I mixed up Saturday. Must say, not as smooth as baby oil so it took some getting used to. I think this messed up my EQ during edging a bit at first. But I like it. Could there be a reason my wife likes it too? Maybe, after I showered my wife and I did some DVD exercises for 1/2 hour then were gonna do a quickie in the shower, but decided to bend her over right on the floor (good thing the kids were asleep). After she came twice and we were done she said I was huge inside her. Could it be the EVO? Maybe? I think I am gaining well on Al's program, but never thought it would be noticable that quick. Eitehr way, I suggest the EVO mixture. The erection took awhile as I said, but the last 10 minutes or so of edging I couldn't have tried to get the thing down, it was rock solid. Took a minute in the shower to subside.

Very interesting. I'm having my wife mix me up some EVO too (I barely asked her today). Seeing that it has helped others including you motivates me to try it even more. I look forward to hearing about your progress with your new routine as well.
I think Big Al has a unique approach to things, I think that may be your missing X-Factor for results. He has a lot of good ideas I've never heard before. Your progress should be very interesting. I am also curious to know what stamina work you end up doing as well (that's probably my biggest weakness lately--stamina).

The only stamina I do is edging with some erect kegels. I also do 100 normal and reverse kegels about 4-5 times a week. Stamina has never really been a problem since I got married though occasionally I do have the quick shot. I still haven't reached MMO or dry orgasm yet, but I am not really worried about that.
PI's have been off the charts with Big Al. Nice flaccid hang, though not really longer, just no turtling and morning wood 95% of the mornings.

When I first did PE I put a lot of effort into Kegels. Now I am realizing that probably helped my gains. I was only doing plain old kegels (no super kegals, reverse kegels or towel raises). I was consistent though, and I concentrated while doing them and slowly improved my bc muscle strength. The EQ improvements were huge, and I am realizing now, it may have helped all of my PE efforts.
Some of Remeks theories revolve around how the penis is 40-50% soft muslce tissue (it's ironic since we are taught the penis is not a muscle). The penis smooth muscle theory: *************.org/forum/showthread.php?t=68195
Anyway, the biggest thing I have learned by coming over to PEgym is probably the importance of stamina: kegels, towel raises, etc., which in turn improves EQ, which theoretically may enhance all our PE efforts.

Well, Al introduced me to the Erect Kegels, and I have done the Towel Raises in the past. Though I don't have a problem with maintaining an erection during sex or edging, I lose it pretty quickly during those exercises. If I am erect fully, I will lose the erection after 10 reps down to about 20-30%. Then I need to edge back up to the start, which doesn't take long. Last night I found if I start the exercise at 70% or so, I can maintain that almost through the 10 reps. I have only been doing kegel outside th eroutine for a couple months and fele they have helped me, before I would only do normal kegels when stretching as in JP's beginner routine.

Almost had a dry orgasm tonight. Just mistimed it. Muscles contracted in the pelvic region, but only a little bit came. So close. Wife didn't say it felt huge tonight, but did say it looked so, I must be looking at it wrong lol.

Till next week unless something great happens over the weekend. Just finsihed my first bottle of enlargel. Lasted well over a month and I applied it sometimes twice a day, once in the AM after a shower and once before bed after a shower. Not much to report on that stuff just yet, but I think it can help. I have 4 bottles left. We will see after the end of month 3.
