    About to do day 4 of the week. Has anyone tried the mecoach for 3 months? Thinking of getting Al's assistance after this month is up and see what he can do.

      Excellent workout to end the week. Decided to jelq before I stretched and it was great, hadn't done that in awhile. Did some JAI, circle and bundles, then jelqed the usual 100W/30V x 3 sets and did quick edge, then stretched 4 way x 45 seconds. Then some enlargel to finish up.

        I know that gosh has a year subscription, and I think Pirate is on the MeCoach.

          Thanks, I bought the 1 month advanced subscription to betterman last year but didn't get much out of it but access to more exercises. Would hope this is more of a one on one situation.

            Great start to the week. Love that the wife is totally into my workout now.

            Started with a 20 minute warm up with a flaxseed sock. 8 minutes on top, then 6 minutes each side/bottom.

            Bundled stretch 3 x 45 seconds each
            Circle stretch 3 x 15 seconds each
            25 JAI
            Jelq 3 x 120 + 30 V jelq between
            Slight edging x 3 minutes
            5 way stretch 3 x 60 seconds each

            Gonna do the girth routine first then stretch this week, then go back the other way next week. Think I will re measure on August 6th and see where I am then decide wether to try out meCoach for a couple months.

            Oh, can someone point me to the Tunica Stretch? I think I know what it is, but didn't see it in the exercise videos.

              Hey DownLow it's not very good but look at my bundled stretch sticky, the last picture where I have my fingers in an Upside down V and my penis inbetween that "V" and pushing against the fat pad/pubic bone is a tunica stretch, just do it when you're not bundled! If that makes sense!

                  Another decent night. Think I may back off every other day a bit.

                  Tonight was same warm up.
                  Bundled stretch 3 x 45 seconds
                  Circle stretch 3 x 15 seconds
                  Side to side x 40
                  JAI x 20
                  Flaccid bend 4 x 15 seconds

                  Jelq 100 x 3
                  V jelq 30 x 3

                  5 way stretch x 45 seconds each

                    No problem buddy, I'm always looking for new active logs to subscribe to so I can follow along with what other people are doing, yours just happened to fit right in there

                      Almost time for the routine. Warm up and the usual. Then I will cool down and shower. Then the wife wants me to knock her bottom out. Yippee!!

                        About to do day 4 for the the week. Got the jelq device so I will try that out then stretch and edge a full routine for the first time this week. Going back to stretching then jelq next week so I can go right into edging without a problem.

                        Not impressed by the jelq device btw. At least the construction and appearance, wish I would have known you could make it yourself.

                          Last workout of the week. Spent a little more time stretching and jelqing as the volume decreased throughout the week.

                          3 x 40 sec. bundled each
                          40 JAI
                          40 side to side
                          2 x 15 circle
                          3 x 60 sec - 5-way stretch
                          120 V jelq
                          400 jelq
                          edging to orgasm.

                            Bring my thread back up to the front.

                            Did a little edging and squeezes yesterday. About 45 minutes or so ending in ejaculation. Didn't want to, but couldn't stop it, must have got fatigued.

                            Today back to the grind.

                            Switched back to stretches before jelqing.

                            3 x 45 bundled.
                            3x15 each circle
                            3 x 15 second flaccid bend
                            20 side to side
                            20 JAI
                            200 regular jelq
                            100 UJ
                            100 jelq down
                            100 V Jelq

                            Then a quick sssion with the wif to finish up (she was tired it would have been longer)

                            Contacted Big Al about meCoach, definately going to go that route after measurements in August. I see all these fast gainers and it kinda gets me down for a few minutes. I don't dwell on it knowing the nature of PE gains, but after 18 month, I really hope my best days are yet to come.

                              Modified program today due to being called out tonight for other activities. So in the shower I did:
                              1 x 30 sec bundled stretch each
                              30 JAI
                              2 x 20 sec flaccid bend
                              1 x 45 sec stretch each way with 1 x 15 sec circle stretch between each one

                              then
                              50 jelq
                              25 V jelq
                              25 UJ
                              50 downward jelq
