  • 5 minute warm up
    22 tension stretches
    22 towel raises
    22 minutes edging (with some jelqs and squeezes)
    5 minute warm down

    Decided to PE today and tomorrow since the wife didn't want to get the hair wet in the shower. SO we will wait till friday after the time of the month is up to go at it.

    • Last night before a 10 day needed break.

      no warm up (a little exercise first)
      12 squeezes x 8 seconds
      24 towel raises x 5 seconds
      5 minutes edging, one semi dry orgasm (sex tongiht in the shower when the wife gets home!)
      24 tension stretches.
      5 minute warm down

      measured at 6.25 erect, 4.7 girth at base, 4.5 at mid shaft and 4.3 at glans.

      So I lost a little bit over the past 5 weeks, but this happened the last time I rested and gained big, so I am hoping when I come back I am about 5.1 at base, 4.8 at mid and 4.5 at glans.

      • Gains are up & down with PE at times, but its like the stock-market; if you stick with it, there's always an eventual upward trend.

        I have had similar experience in the past (seeming loss of size, then new gains).

          Thanks Blink. Yeah I know. I have been going pretty hard since mid-July. Need a break for sure, about 3 weeks of intense stuff on my own, then I hired Al in August. It gets frustrating but gotta keep the mind in check.

            Yeah, I'm sorry to hear that you're frustrated, I can't blame you.

              Thanks again. I haven't dealt with many times like this, but when you have been going for almost two years, sometimes you feel the gains should be better. When I get frustrated (again, not often) I just go back and read my progress notes in the first two posts here. Up and down, and up and down. I'll get there. I won't give up.

              Thing is too, I have really changed things over the past couple months, significant coffee reduction, more tea, more cardio over heavy weight training, trying to eat better, but that is tough cause I never eat too too bad. I know these things will help over time.

              Lastly, the two things I am banking on is that my flaccid has steadily progressed over the two years. Every day it looks better. I fele this is a great indicator of future gains. I feel my flaccid needs to be about 4.5 x 4.75 at least for my goals.
              Secondly is the FSBPL. at almost 7.5 at times, the stretched flaccid has to be a great indicator as well of future gains. If I can stretch it there, it shoudl be able to eventually fill with blood and be erect at that legnth. I am probably one of those guys with 3 layars of tunica.

              • This week starts a 10 day decon break. Well, actually Friday was the first day. Feels good not to have to worry about PE every night lol. No pulling, no kegels, no jelq, no squeeze. Good PIs too, morning wood every mornign so far, even after a night of sex, no turtling. Should be interesting come the next weekend to see where I am. Have a good week everyone.

                  I agree, the BPFSL is an indicator of future gains. Eventually you should be able to translate those BPFSL gains into BPEL gains. I am sure you'll find a way to end your plateau & start making more obvious improvements. Keep up the good work!

                  • Well, half way through the rest period. Not much to say, just going commando more and using the Enlargel. Never wnet commando before, my penis flaccid liked it. As for the Enlargel, interesting stuff. I can't say much about it right now, but I have 3 1/2 bottles left so if I feel it helped my flaccid/erect gains a bit at the end of the 5 total months, I will report that.

                      • Ahh yes, glad to back posting regularly now. First day back from a 10 day break. Have a good plan from Al and can't wait to see where I am at the end of the year.

                        Warm up x 5 minutes, flaxseed sock
                        Squeeze x 24 reps x 5 seconds
                        Towel raise x 24 reps x 5 seconds
                        Tension stretch x 24 reps x 10 seconds
                        Edge x 25 minutes
                        Warm down in shower x 8 minutes

                        Goal is to reach as close to an average girth of 5.5 by next June/July as possible ( for a personal reason). Length doesn't matter casue I know I will reach 7" at some point in my PE career.

                        • So I thought I would sit down and figure out my volume growth from start to now.

                          Started at about 7.7 cu. in. This is a guess as I think it was my base girth I measured when I started, but I used it as the average, so I could have been lower. I am now (using proper girth average) at 10.3 cu. in.

                          My approximate goal volume (about 5.5 girth) has a volume of about 16.8 cu. in. Lets see if I can make it there. Progress log later tonight when I do my workout in a couple hours.
