    Day # 5 PESG Routine

    Over 10 minute warm up with 2 rice socks, one wrapped around my penis and the other one at the perineum( little space between nuts and asshole)

    basic stretch (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches) 25 kegels for each, with right and left circle stretches 12=5kegels, 3=5kegels, 6=5kegels, 9=5 kegels

    10 minute jelqs aslow as possible( the least amount is 5 seconds and can go up to 10 seconds) I use a overhand grip, 40% to 50% erection level

      Well if you get 2 different measurements stick with only one. Go by that one you want to stick with throughout your PE journey .

      You want to stick with only one if you don't you get different readings . You wouldn't know if you are gaining or not because of 2 different measurements.

      So the bottom line is only pick one and stay with that one for the rest of your PE journey. Be consisnet. monitor PI's have adequate rest.

          Sadly I just measured today and I am at the same stats

          BPEL 6 7/16

          EG middle 5 3/16

          I have really been inconsistent and have had lots of missed days plus months breaks.

          • Well from what I have been reading working out everyday is what will work best if you are only stretching and jelqing. That's all I do besides wearing my extender. I wanna get the most gains possible out of the most basic excercises in the penile enlargement community. Read saiyans 22 creep theory. It talks about plastic deformations and time and tension. If you have good eq and no gains its time to increase intensity or reps or try a more intense excercise. I haven't been very consistent either as I have known about jelqing for over a year but o nly about a week ago did I get commited. I don't have a computer I actually use my phone. But if I did have a computer I would give you some good links to good threads. If I were you I would ask saiyan22 what to do. He seems to know a lot as he hbas developed a very believable theory that I wiill apply when I get used to basic stretching and light jelqing. GOOD LUCK MAN

                  I will do the JONPOP 90 day routine

                  on a 2 on 1 off schedule

                  did whole routine except warm down decided to edge for 10 minutes and cum.

                  the routine took 1hour
