Guswantsahuge1 LOG with PICS

    Over 10 minute warm up with 2 rice socks, one wrapped around my penis and the other one at the perineum( little space between nuts and asshole)

    basic stretch (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches) 25 kegels for each, with right and left circle stretches 12=5kegels, 3=5kegels, 6=5kegels, 9=5 kegels

    10 minute jelqs aslow as possible( the least amount is 5 seconds and can go up to 10 seconds) I use a overhand grip, 40% to 50% erection level

        I havent done PE in about 2 weeks this is because I had no privacy and have lost motivation. I need to get back into PE!!!!!!

        Tomorrow I will take a picture and measurements to see where I stand

            I took a BPEL measurement today and it said 6 1/2 inches

            This was my measurement when I first started doing PE about 4 months ago, I don't know if it means I haven't gained anything or If my initial measurements are wrong!( I am frustrated!)

            I will continue with the PESP routine till around January 15 and see If I have made gains

            If no gains I will switch over to Jonpops beginer routine or begin hanging since I bought a bib starter when I first began PE as a tool.


            NOTE to self I have not been the best at sticking with the routine I have skipped alot of days and some of my workouts have been half assed

            I will promise myself that for the next 35 days I will not skip PE, do my kegels!, and always finish my workout with edging!

              I am on vacation in italy and privacy has been an issue
              I have changed my routine to a 2 on 1 oFf
              5 minute warm up with hot water
              Left,right,straight out, Up for 25 kegels each direction
              Helicopter stretch Left and right stop at 12,3,6,9 clock directions with 5 kegels each
              Repeat again
              And lots of kegeling throughout the day

              Any advice is appriciated!

              • I have completely fell of PE. Tomorrow will take measurements and start again debating if hanging is the asnwer since i bought a bibstarter a while back or if back to manual and do the jonpop routine

                • Hey Bud don't fret you just need to be more on your game with your routine. Like be more consisent how about you make a goal to not miss anydays. I really believe that you should have a log about your PI's this will tell you what is not working and what is working. If you don't have a idea just look at my new PI's Chart in log.

                  How long have you actually been consisent with your routine?? Remember it took PESG 3 months to actually gain and he didn't miss no days. Maybe you need to be more detailed in your logs this could really help you out and this could also help out other people to help you out more.

                  If you have a question ask me since I'm also doing the same routine don't afraid to ask me any questions.

                  On the hanging I really don't know about that since i don't hang. But I do recall they would want you to do manual work for while and exhaust all that . Then you could ask one of the vet hangers.

                        • I take my BPEL at the pubic bone push real hard standing up. The norm is pushing a ruler or tailor's tape into the pubic bone.

                            the reason i ask is bc i get 2 diff measurements when i do this one when its right against where dick meets pubic bone or a lil further up.

                              no edgin just got home from snowboarding exhausted but had to do PE! no missing days this time
