    Over 10 minute warm up with 2 rice socks, one wrapped around my penis and the other one at the perineum( little space between nuts and asshole)

    basic stretch (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches) 25 kegels for each, with right and left circle stretches 12=5kegels, 3=5kegels, 6=5kegels, 9=5 kegels

    10 minute jelqs aslow as possible( the least amount is 5 seconds and can go up to 10 seconds) I use a overhand grip, 40% to 50% erection level

                              The New Beginning (12/3/2010) Weight = 241 ( - 9lbs)
                              BPEL = 6 5/8 EL = 5.5 FL = 3 6/8 4 1/8(after warming) FG = 4 1/2 4 6/8 (after warming) BPFLS = 6 3/4
                              BEG (1 in above base ) = 5 6/8 MEG = 5 3/8 HEG = 4 6/8

                                Hey. I will take my 3 months measurement on November 6th. I will see if I have gained or not, I hope I have! As for advice I been slacking and taking off day, this should not happen. I have also not been consistent with my kegels, I will change this. Also Edging I believe to be a huge influence on gains and overall Dick health plus It teaches you to become a better lover. I need to be better at finding time to do PE and Edge!
