    Is really the discoloration of clamping that prominent? I haven't noticed anything yet, this may also be due to the fact that I am of African heritage, and have a rather dark skin pigmentation. For me. Clamping is definitely helping, and I have had huge difficulties gaining girth. That was until I started clamping. The process still seems to be long, but it will be well worth it in the end I am guessing it will take me a couple of year to reach my goal in girth which is a bit over 6".

    • UYN, I saw you've got dark skin, you probably can't even get discoloration! (or can you?). That's one advantage people with darker skin have (discoloration is not an issue really). The really light skinned guys probably have the most trouble with discoloration. My dick is definitely darker from PE, but I don't mind it. I just want it evenly colored.

      I know clamping is really effective, but I will probably avoid it (if possible) to avoid the discoloration issues.

      There are some other extremely effective options (jelqing, pumping, etc is one example).

      • I haven't noticed discoloration at all! Though, I am rather a bit lighter than chocolate(lol, yes I know weird comparison), my penis has always been darker then the rest of my body. A more dark chocolate look to it. So I very much doubt that I will be able to see any discoloration Which makes clamping my #1 girth exercises

          I actually consider a darker dick a benefit of PE. I plan to just leave mine darker--it looks like it has a natural tan now.

          I may end up doing clamping eventually--I don't think there's a better way to get girth. All the guys that are going for 7" of girth on thunders all resort to clamping.

          7" girth is total insanity... at rest (flaccid), guys with 7" girth often tend to be thicker than a toilet paper roll (I measured a TP roll at 5.75"). I actually mentioned something like this to my wife & her eyes popped out-- I am guessing most women would feel a bit of fear at seeing a penis that thick (assuming the flaccid was 6" or 7" long too, they might just pass out). The biggest issue with that amount of girth is that the penis will probably be almost unusable on some women. Just seeing something that big might make them 'lock up' in fear...

            I had an erection the other day & I measured out of curiosity--before I was barely 6.6" (or possibly even slightly under). It appears I have grown past 6.6" now. Nothing official yet, but I am anticipating another good month for gains. (I think I'll surpass my old best measurement at least by midway next month).

            I may go ahead & add a 7th set soon... I was staying around 6x sets to increase my overall weight. I find that I can always get some kind of fatigue with 10lbs @ 20minutes (at least for now), so there's no reason to increase beyond that yet.

            • Blink - rep point for the excellent log. With this consitency and effort, it is no surprise that you will be passing your previous best size in no time.

              I think if your bpfsl begins to grow at a faster rate, and exceeds your BPEL by around .5 inches, you should add in some jelqs. I subscribe to the theory that stretching (and presumably hanging) will provide length gains, but it is the jelqing that brings them to life. I believe G4 said this. On the other hand, if the gains are coming, why change anything?

                I do 10-20 minutes of jelqing after each session is complete.

                They are light jelqs but they do have an effect. I'm extremely pre-fatigued by hanging...

                • I have completed 277x hanging sets since I returned to hanging on June 15th, 2010. If I had managed to get 7x sets per day this month (like I had planned) that number would be a lot higher... For now I'm actually a bit too sore and taking just a little time off.

                  My Routine Lately:
                  14-Sep-10 5x sets, 8.5lbs max
                  15-Sep-10 6x sets, 8.5lbs max

                  I was quite sore the other day (after 7x sets) so I took a rest day. I was still sore today, so I called it after one set.

                  Hopefully I'll be back in the game by tomorrow. The 7x sets wasn't the problem--the problem came when I tried to add edging to my hanging routine. It looks like I can only do edging on rest days, or no edging at all (either that or I'll have to just do very short edging sessions until I adjust). My penis starting hurting after sex with my wife when my erection didn't want to go back down for about 10-15 minutes. There's a little more to it than that (my penis was already hurting a bit before the sex, but the 120% erection sure didn't help either).

                  Today, I called it after just 1x very light set (since I felt some pain or rawness in the left side of my shaft). I'll try a light set tomorrow & see if I can handle that...

                  There's no visible bruising, so for now, its nothing serious.

                  • The first time around I gained .75" in just 3 months--it looks like things will be much slower this time around. Although my gains are coming very slowly, at least they are coming steadily.

                    I guess I'll keep hanging and my body will determine the rest.

                      • I do 20 minute hanging sets with 10 minute rest periods.

                        Total time hanging: 277x20 = 5540 minutes. That's 92 hours of hang-time since June 15.

                        I suppose the time spent isn't too impressive vs the number of hours extender users can get.

                            • I have only had 1x hanging set during the last 3 days. Although there's no external signs of damage, my penis was too sore at 5lbs yesterday (just 1x set). Even though I can't feel any pain, I took the day off today, just to play it safe.

                              My PI's look good, and I'm thinking maybe my penis needed a few days off anyway (its the first time I've really let myself heal more than 24 hours in very long time). Speaking of PIs, I'm still amazed at how much longer and thicker my flaccid is staying these days.

                              Just 4 months ago my flaccid was turtling up to 2", now it seems to never go less than 3.5" and it's staying around 4.25" even on a day off (right after hanging I have measured my flaccid at 5"+ which seems ridiculous to me). I hope to get a 6" flaccid one day... I do realize that could take years, but as I've said before, I am in this for the long haul.

                              I do want to work on my girth as well, but for now I'll stick with Bib's philosophy (length first). At least with hanging it seems when I add anything else, it often puts me close to injury... I think the biggest issue is just the attachment point stress. It seems those tissues tend to stay very weak when I'm continually doing lots of daily hanging sets, and anything extra just puts those tissues over the edge.

                              • I decided my soldier still isn't ready for battle yet. I'm taking another day off.

                                I haven't done much lately:

                                23-Sep-10 1x sets, 5lbs max
                                24-Sep-10 rest day
                                25-Sep-10 rest day
                                26-Sep-10 rest day

                                I'll see how I feel tomorrow. I think I'll be ready to start back with my routine again, although I may go a few days with less weight just to be safe.
