  • I checked my BPFSL-- it's up to 6.75" or so. I had not checked it in a long time--this does seem to be good news.

    Old BPFSL: 6.25"
    Current BPFSL: 6.75"

I had a few too many rest days lately--although some would say it's a good thing

I'm still hanging 2 hours per day. So nothing much has changed. I've been gaining a steady .2" per month, I hope that continues until I reach +1" (which would be 7" BPEL). My last measurement was 6.6", if that continues I will reach 7" in two months. I should surpass 6.75" in a month (my old best measure).

Regardless I am just focused on my routine & the gains will come when they come. At first I was slightly discouraged that I seemed to be growing slower than before. However, I am encouraged by the big BPFSL gains; and I think in the end it might not matter that I PE'd & lost my gains before. At first I thought it was going to be a problem, but now I am confident I'll gain just fine.

                    • I just added yet another hanging article:
                      https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...rkey-neck.html

This one was a bit spontaneous. Originally, I was going to put it in the hanging 101 thread, but I decided it grew far too large to be inserted in another thread. I'm fighting turkeyneck issues right now & that's what half the article is on; I decided it was best to just give the article its own thread. This somewhat replaces my article on Bib's Turkey-neck correcting wrap (although it does refer to the article on Bib's wrap).

                        • Thanks Vulcan.

The amount of weight I am able to do is up substantially. When I first came back to PE I could only do 5lbs & I was dropping to 2.5lbs whatever. I was only doing 1-2x sets per day at first too. 10lbs is still considered pretty light, but its working well enough for me & that's all that matters.

My wrap slips a bit too easily at 10lbs, so I'll have to get used to making my hanger a lot tighter than before. I'm using theraband only these days as well (no more WAG or HTW for now).

                          Routine Today:
                          1x set 10lbs
                          2x set 9lbs
                          3x set 7.5lbs
                          4x set 7.5lbs drop to 6lbs
                          5x set 7.5lbs drop to 6lbs
                          6x set 7.5lbs (didn't drop weight)--split set.

I still haven't switched to 7x sets per day. I will probably do that by next week.

Vulcan: I look forward to that.

Right now I'm trying to figure out which method is best (for girth)
                                1-pumping + manual girth exercises
                                2-just manual exercises
3-Clamping works, but I think I want to avoid it (due to bruising & discoloration)

That's partly why I started a whole thread on the subject. I forgot where that thread is already though
