  • I still do light jelqs every day (very light), and I do kegels every other day, or 2 days on, 1 day off.

    • I just posted a new thread today on correcting turkeyneck.
      Bib's Turkeyneck Buster Wrap (TBW)

I mentioned turkeyneck issues to bib today & he gave me permission to quote him. I'll be trying the method since my wife is starting to notice my turkeyneck. It's clear my gains of .6" are very real... it's the most clear on the bottom of my shaft where a nasty bit of turkeyneck is forming!

I'll see what I can do...

        • We ran out of honey.

I used some Truvia in my green tea today--it honestly tastes disgusting to me (compared to honey). I think I'll stick with the natural stuff from now on (honey)...

Truvia is not as healthy as they would like you to think. Apparently only a small % of the sugar substitute is actually based on the Stevia plant (healthy, zero calorie sweetening). The bulk of the mixture comes from an amalgum of fermented plants/sugar whatever. So I'm a little disappointed with the stuff.

In contrast, Honey has crysin, boron, zinc & a few other things which seem very good for male prostate & testicular health (& testosterone too).

Bottom line, processed food is always inferior to something natural... I like Vulcan's philosophy of only eating things that could also be eaten 1,000 years ago. (or at least trying to minimize processed food).

I'm sure the Stevia Plant by itself would be fine as a sweetner, but I question whether it's as healthy as honey (at least for a man).

          • Hey blink! Nice to see your excellent progress so far with hanging and regaining your former stats!

What were your pre-PE stats? What were your best measurements? What are your current?

Your hanging article and experience have caused me to consider it when manual exercises stop yielding gains.
            Former: 6.30" BPEL, 4.50" MSEG
            Current: 8.25" BPEL, 5.00" MSEG, 5.25" BEG

I just updated it a few minutes ago, the only measure I am missing for this month is NBPFSL.

              • For some reason Tom Hubbard's AFB hanger kept coming up... I went ahead & quoted how to make it here:
                https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...fb-hanger.html

I also link to it from hanging 101 as one of the homemade recipes. I'll put it as a homemade recipe on the devices sticky as well.

                  Oh very detailed. Thanks blink!

You seem to have gained pretty quickly .75" BPEL from July 2008 to August 2008 along with a bit of girth as well. Most impressive.

It seems it took more than just 3 months (june to august) to reach .75" in gains. However, that's what I recorded, and I did measure many times so it must be correct.

I wont reach .75" in 3 months this time around; I'm only at +.6" so far in BPEL gains. I can't focus too much on the past, its time to just look forward to the future.

There's a few keys to doing it right. I asked bib a few questions & clarified a few important details, I'll go back & edit the post now.

                      • I felt a bit of a stretch on the bottom of my shaft while doing this. I'll try it for a full month & check the results. Hopefully it will be obvious by then (whether its working).

                        Routine:
                        29-Aug-10 5x sets, 7.5lbs max
                        30-Aug-10 6x sets, 7.5lbs max
                        31-Aug-10 5x sets, 7.5lbs max
                        1-Sep-10 5x sets, 8.5lbs max
                        2-Sep-10 5x sets, 10lbs max
                        3-Sep-10 6x sets, 7.5lbs max
                        4-Sep-10 7x sets, 7.5lbs max
                        5-Sep-10 4x sets, 6.0lbs max
                        6-Sep-10 6x sets, 6.0lbs max
                        7-Sep-10 4x sets, 7.0lbs max
                        8-Sep-10 6x sets, 8.0lbs max
                        9-Sep-10 rest day
                        10-Sep-10 6x sets, 7.5lbs max

After 4-5 more days at 6x sets per day, I'll go to 7x per day. I had a few rough days & an unplanned rest day. The days where I was only hanging 4x sets were because I was all the way down to 2lbs & couldn't hang any real amount of weight anymore (where I could feel it).

Update on My Body of Work Related to Hanging on This Forum
Now several (nearly all) of my related hanging threads end with this same note:

                          More hanging related threads:
I have put together a number of related hanging threads to help guide you through the process of learning about hanging. Start with hanging 101 & Blink2000's Hanging Tips. Reading through those threads will help you understand how to hang and give you some basic theories to help you start figuring out which hanging angles to use, how to reach fatigue, etc.

The hanging theory threads are mostly geared towards helping you understand where your penis currently exits your pelvis, and how to fully maximize suspensory ligament stretch gains (BTC & SD). Once you've maximized your suspensory ligament gains you can move to higher angles such as SU & OTS. Eventually, once you feel ready, or once you start to plateau with standard hanging angles (SD, SU, OTS, BTC, SD, UTL, OTL, etc), you will be ready to start using fulcrums, such as the RSDT.

Each time you change angles, remember to do maintenance hanging at your previous angle until those respective previous target tissues are cemented & heal in a permanent, elongated state. Once you reach your ultimate length goals, be sure to do some maintenance hanging to maintain your hanging gains while work on your girth gains.

                          • Update on My Body of Work Related to Hanging on This Forum (Continued)

This thread now replaces the link to LOT theory: Maximizing Ligament Stretch Gains & LOT Theory

I think LOT theory was a bit of a tangent & a lot of guys were confused as to the purpose of things.

Effectively, all the threads are intertwined & will effectively help guys really strategize their hanging. Guys will know what angles (i.e. tissues) to target, and why so they will be able to hopefully reach their ultimate goals. We can still use a few more hanging threads, but I think the 'core' is already complete. The only things that I currently recognize as important, but missing are:

1-how to wrap your balls & effectively correct turkey neck at OTS/ SU angles
                            2-a general article on fulcrums
3-perhaps more devices & more fulcrums

I think the biggest issue is now corrected, and that was the confusion with LOT theory. I'm just using it as a frame of reference & I go into details on that here:
Maximizing Ligament Stretch Gains & LOT Theory (the same link is above).

I hope that once enough hanging material is here at PEgym & once enough guys start hanging we will have some kind of critical mass which will result in new theories & new articles. I don't claim to be making any ground-breaking theories or anything earth shattering. I'm just focused on helping guys become acquainted with the best current techniques & strategies, & how to use them to maximize their gains. I have also done my best to tie everything hanging related coherently together so instead of a fractured mess, full of contradictions, guys will have a very clear, concise understanding of hanging & the relevant, related theories.

I have done my best to make sense of all the confusion scattered on a few different forums and put it all together neatly in a coherent way that guys can take advantage of. While some of my explanations may be verbose my goal has always been to make sure guys know how to approach hanging safely & effectively. Perhaps the most original part of what I've written is just the way I have put all the various ideas from different sources together. I do admit Bib by far influences my ideas on hanging the most, but there are other influences as well.
