Yesterday: Did like 50-70 reps of the squeeze. Then i literally passed out. So I don't know exactly how many I did.
Today: Didn't want to do the stretches back to back days so I didn't. Tried to edge some but I get to the ponr fast.Start : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG
Now : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 4.75ish MEG

You haven't been gaining much lately right? And also, I think it was you that said you don't warm up every session (in a thread about warming up), and that you only warm up by getting an erection. You should try warming up for 10-15 minutes (with a hot cloth or hot shower directed to the penis) since you haven't been seeing many gains so far. It can't hurt, and can definitely help you.Start
