Having looked at your log i do think a lot of your exercises are girth focused like Ulis, horse squeezes, clamps..even supraslammers i reckon are a more girth focused exercise because they involve Uli's and horse squeezes..lol some people even reckon dry jelqs target girth more than length. So maybe the reason you aren't getting the length you desire is because these exercises aren't particularly length targeting exercises.
And i know you probably think you're a super hardgainer but this isn't necessary so because my PE pal jama gained nothing in January, February, March, April but since May he's gained almost an 0.5 inches by simply upping the workload of his routine a bit. So maybe just a change in direction will start to trigger your gains.
So because i think you want honesty if i were you i would just stick to a good basic length focused routine, for example 15 minutes of basic stretches..down, out, left, right, up..hold each stretch for a good minute (not pulling too hard) and then do 10-15 minutes of low erection wet jelqs, jelqing slightly downwards, with an erection level of 30% or under. I read in your log you don't want to do wet jelqs because they are messy
..well i hate jelqs full stop but i still do them because i think they will help me get length: so the moral of my boring story is.. that sometimes we have to do things we don't like if they are advantageous to us. 
I really believe a good length focused routine done 4-5 times a week could help you get the length gains you want.. because i think at present lots of your routines look heavily girth focused (lol just my opinion).
So that's my observation of your routine. Of course i could've came on your log and said "wonderful routine Amiok, just stick with it for the next few years and it will eventually pay off". But lol i knew you would prefer my honest answer.

My weird theory there is that is the easiest way for me to become big lol. Since my girth is solid right now gaining will make it fat. But yea I should go a little harder/longer with my stretching probably.Start : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG
Now : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 4.75ish MEG
