    4 30 second ulis

    I wanted to do 5 ulis but blew my load on accident haha

    Dick felt ok, didn't respond great.
    Start : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG

      Did 3 5 minute sets of clamping today.

      My first time and it went ok I suppose.

      Hanging pretty decent.

        Wanted to do more stretches but they were fatiguing. Haven't stretched in a while haha.

            My warm up is pretty much beatin it, since warm ups are supposed to simulate an erection why not just use the real thing? I don't blow my load though.

              2 5 minute clamp sets

              Don't know but clamping doesn't seem to do it for me. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

                    Haha, I will today. My new idea is to split my workout up on Saturday and Sunday. So yesterday I did just jelqs and ulis but today I'll clamp and stretch. Hopefully get more stretches in though.

                      40 side to side stretches
                      5 minutes stretches in each direction
                      3 5 minute clamp sessions

                      Clamping went ok, though I don't stay up great clamped.
                      Start : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG

                                dude i use a $3 lube from walgreens. its water based and easy to clean
