Did like 2 1 minute ulis and 1 30 second uli yesterday. Then got interrupted and never restarted.
So today
Stretches in all directions, can't remember if I did 30 or 60 seconds each way haha
30 minutes edging and 5 30 second ulis duringStart : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG
Now : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 4.75ish MEG

Come on amiok, hold that nut lol, you shouod try to get to the ponr three times and hold back the nut,trust me I know it's hard but it'll help your stamina. Some ppl say it doesn't matter if you nut right after a pe workout, but I don't just in case it has negative effects, no one knows for sure, but why take a chance you know, I do stamina workout after each pe session. So when do you guys blow your load then? Am I suppose to never cum for as long as I'm doing PE? That's impossible haha. Do you blow on off days only? After PE, before? I can control it to a certain extent but a week without is too much. Some guys here seem to edge daily but only allow themselves to cum every week and never watch porn. I just can't handle that, but I'm sure it keeps your libido quite high. Hi Amiok, i've seen in the forums were you say you aren't making any gains. So why don't you drop all the exercises dry jelqs, supra slammers, horse squeezes and Uli's if they aren't working for you? Your in PE to get a bigger dick..so if these exercises aren't giving you a bigger dick..they aren't any use to you. I don't want you to waste the next year making no gains by doing ineffectual exercises.. so i think you should drop them and look for PE exercises that will give you gains
I do exercises like low erection wet jelqing (30% erection level and under), basic stretches in all directions (hold over a minute each), A-stretches over the wrist, V-stretches and edging.
My routine may not be suitable for you but i still think you need to dump all your PE exercises that don't work for you because the bottom line is you want to gain dick and they aren't gaining you dick.
I'm sorry for being so blunt but i'm only trying to help you.
