Test Attempt: not a good day, noticed that having the tape slightly angled makes a huge difference, afraid some of my past measurements may have been skewed by this.

Test: looked like 5.625-5.25 might have been temp gains/ fluke though, will; conferm if over the next couple days

Test: didnt look good, seems like its still 5.5625-5.1875 (may still actually be gains though, the drop just may be in me making sure to not angle the tape)

        • August 5th, Results for July

          (08/05/07)

Girth at thickest point: 5.625 (sat at edge of chair)
Girth at thinest point: 5.25 (sat at edge of chair)
          Bone Pressed Length: 6.875
          Estimated volume: 16.1756

Notes From July: reactivating the thrombose reminded me that the overly hard clamping, the chair use while clamped and the clamped squeeze downs arent worth the risk.
Notes From July: slinkies right after clamping is great, if done light its real refreshing
Notes From July: hard to tell how much difference it makes, but resisting turtling seems to be good

          Resisted Turling: Frequently
Minutes spent on slinkys: 93 (vs. 75)
Minutes spent on head squeezes: 6 (vs. 70)
Minutes spent on (bent) base compressions: 25 (vs. 0)
          Minutes spent jelqing: 60
          Minutes spent clamped: 326 (vs. 283, 125, 275, 122, 145, 78 )
          Number of kegel workouts: 0 (vs. 0, 0, 1, 5, 1, 4)
          Total amount L-Arginine: 0g (vs. 45g, 285g, 0g, 90g, 15g, 75g)
