  • My New Log

    So i've been PE'ing for about 4-5 weeks and in that time I've had a bad run with self-inflicted injuries so now that I'm nearly ready to start PE'ing again I wanted to start a fresh. For those just starting I've listed 3 links which are a must read, had I taken the time to read through things thoroughly I would've prevented my injuries. To much zeal with no knowledge lol and PORN = BAD.

    I'm going to be starting from week 3 in my schedule which is:

    {4 x times in the week then increase reps, frequency per day}
    6-7min Warm-ups in shower
    60 x Wet Jelqs
    Oriental Massage
    35 x 5sec hold Kegels
    Edging
    6-7min Warm down in shower

    Listed are my states which i'll update as I grow

    Starting 13-Nov-11
    BPEL: 6.6"
    EG: 5.6"

    Short-term goal:

    Today was my first day back excercising from injury and I found it to be a big success. I brought some baby powder for the stretches and had the best grip and done the best strectches with less swqueeze. With Jelqing I applied a lot less grip throughout and didn't get any purple dots at the end and with both Jelqing and edging I found not as much blood was being pumped into the shaft so I cut the edging short and if tomorrow morning my EQ under an 7-8 then I will take the day off as it may still need to recover.

    Still im refraining from masturbating to improve my EQ and also I'm taking the idea from another progress log that im banning the ruler for 4 week intervals. The only exception is when my EQ returns to 100% i'll take a measurement as the stats at the start of the log arn't from my best EQ.

      Today I woke up with no wood but I think that was due to me waking up late. My pecker feels good and looks thicker so I went ahead and exercised today. Normally when I Jelq I use an over hand grip as I find it a bit easier but today I used an underhand okay grip and I could see goosebumps forming on my gland the closer my hand reached the gland so I was happy to see that the blood was moving up the shaft. From here I'm going to stick with the underhand grip.

      As i had very good EQ today I re-took measurements and updated the changes on my first post. I did look at some porn pics to keep my wood up longer so I had a little time to take the measurements but no more porn from here and no more measuring unitl every 4 weeks.

        Today I got my first 10 out of 10 wood since I've started PE'ing. I think its due to now having a better technique and know how hard and how long to do exercises. So I'm not self-inflicting any negative PI's. Over the last few days I had swapped edging for balooning as I want to maintain really good EQ.
        Because of my routine I have to Jelq before I stretch as apparently its more effective but after I Jelq my pecker isn't at its flaccid state for the stretches so when I stretch its at about 50-70% errect. After I stretch I kegel and by the time I finish kegeling my pecker is at its flaccid state so i do some stretching again (not as much as the first time).

        I will admit I am getting excited and looking forward to when I will have a bigger pecker and I'm getting inspiration from reading success stories so happy dayz!

          Yesterday was a day off so I'm now technically starting week 4 which means I'm increasing how many Jelqs and kegels I do. I'm still doing the exercising 4 times a week, its not unitl week 5 that I train 5 days a week.
          The only thing that I had trouble doing today was balooning. By the time I got to it I just wasn't in the mood and found it hard to get really hard. As of todays session I've started taking a pre-gym supplement with contains L-Arginine to increase flood flow to the pecker. I found that when I got momentum on balooning that my pecker looked at lot fatter than normal but it looked like it didn't extend as long as it should've or maybe my mind is playing tricks on me because it looked a little fatter that it was really the same length.
          When Jelqing I found the goosebumps forming as my hands were sliding toward the gland but over halfway of the session I found that as my hand glided towards the gland the goosebumps didn't form anymore. I could've gone below 50% EQ so maybe not enough blood flowing to the end, I keep an eye out for next time.

          Well another day off tomorrow then it's 3 exercise days in a row.

            I didn't log yesterday after exercising as I had too much on but I did my routine again today and had a few questions arise.
            In the previous week I changed my Jelqing grip from overhand to underhand as I could see the blood going to my gland and gave me reassurance that I'm doing it correctly. But as I Jelqed today I experimented and went back to a overhand grip and found that I could start my ok grip closer to the base. I found with the underhand ok grip i cant get as further back and it feels more awkward compared to the overhand which I can do alot easier and can get the 'flow' so to speak of Jelqing going as seen in the videos.

            I've sent off acouple of questions to Big Al regarding stretching. With my routine I am to stretch after Jelqing and I find it hard at times to get my pecker down from 50-70% to flaccid and from what i've read on the forums, stretching when flaccid is the best for length gains so i've hit up Al for some direction and tips.

            Overall still thinking positive as i've been reading peoples successes and a few in such short amounts of time. Really hope I'm not that guy that takes longer to gain. Stay positive!! Gaining something is better than gaining nothing and I spose I should be counting my lucky stars that there's a solution to get a bigger dick!

              Just had two days rest and starting another week. I've been doing the program Big Al set out for me and finally it starting to get challenging. Up until now the routines have been quite easy but starting today I now need to exercise twice a day five days a week. Hopefully now i'll start to see some gains in the not too distant future.
              With Jelqing I ended up reverting back to the underhand grip as i can see the gland swell more as my hand approches it. Though i find it easier to use the overhand grip I dont see the gland swell as much or even get goosebumps on it when i use it.

                Had 2 x good sessions today, one in the morning and the other in the evening. My routine is now:

                6-7min Warm-ups in shower
                70 x Wet Jelqs
                Oriental Massage
                40 x 5sec hold Kegels
                Edging 3 times a week (balooning for the rest)
                6-7min Warm down in shower

                My dick does feel like it s getting thicker but length is what I'd prefer out of the two but hey I'll still take any gain. I did look at porn today as it can get quite addictive and the funny thing is I was never into it until I started PE... and now I sometimes I dont mind watching it... CRAZY!!

                Anyways bring on the length gains!!!

                  After 10 hrs sleep I woke up not reall in the mood for PE but I stuck it out anyway. I think because I edged 2 days in a row that my pecker took a little longer to get semi-erect for the warmup. Towards the end of my Jelqing I didn't see as much blood being pumped into the gland as it was at the start of the session and when I had finished my Jelqs, the gland didn't stay swollen at all so I decided to cut away Edging/Balooning and after my kegels I did the warmdowns.
                  After this mornings session I did get 1 small purple spot under my shaft which in the warmdown in the shower I massaged it. After the massage it lost half its colour so acouple more warm/hot showers with massage should see it gone.
                  If last tonight my peckers mood has picked up I'll do tonights sessions otherwise I'll give it a miss.

                    This mornings session went better than yesterday mornings as my pecker stayed semi-erect throught most of the Jelqs. The prurple spot I aquired yesterday after Jelqing has nearly dissapeared after hot showers while massaging it yesterday and I went a bit easier with the grip this morning.

                    With my routine Big Al has me doing oriental massage which is 9 quick pulls in each direction (SO,L,R,D) but I don't know how that is supposed to help my pecker get bigger. I could understand if I had to pull and hold but I think I'll have to send him another email and ask what the purpose of them are. I think i'm just getting a little impatient and want to see results and I don't just want result, I wanted them yesterday. I'm reading other ppl success logs and some have gained an inch in length in under 3 months and saw results after 30 days. I think I'm just accpeting the fact that it may take me about 6 months to gain half an inch. But hey better than nothing I keep telling myself.

                    I am normally an impatient person so it is a journey as they say.

                      I did my evening session and will admit that when I reached the PONR while edging the ejaculation seems more powerful and I felt my pecker throbbing big time on each load. Thank-you kegels. My pecker does feel thicker and even in its flaccid state looks thicker. Well im sure of it but until PE i never really analysed the size of my flaccid dick but im pretty sure its thicker when its flaccid. I dont wanna measure yet as im happy to hold off until the 3 month mark so I know im definatley would've gained.
                      Last day 2morrow and a rest day.

                        This morning session went like most morning sessions which is as soon as I've finished Jelqing the glan loses the blood in it almost straight away as shrinks a little. Not sure whythat but my theory is ifI edge the day before I pretty sure thats whats causing it to shrink in the morning. Haven't heard back from Big Al yet reference what the purpose of 'Oriental Massage' as in is it meant to be a stretching exercise or what.
                        I didn't baloon or edge this morning I want to give the guy an easier session this morning as while I was Jelqing I could feel my pecker started to ache which means I need to rest so i'm thinking of cutting away this arvo's session with my scheduled rest day tomorrow to give give him adaquate rest.

                          When I woke up this morning I had a reply email from Big Al reference what does oriental massage do? When on its own not much but when you do erect kegels afterwards, both of them combined is a different story. So for the last 5 weeks I've been doing the last part of my exercises wrong as I've been doing un-erect kegels. Oh well I'm glad I asked so I can fix it.
                          This morning session went ok, I need to lay of the edging as I found it hsard to keep an erection this morning while doing erect kegels but Big Al did say that if you can only do 3-4 at a time before it goes down then thats normal and to keep going until you reach you scheduled amount for that exercise. But i know that my too much edging didn't help with the exercise.

                            The evening session went ok. Now that I know to do erect-kegels I found it a little difficuly keeping it hard but I did do better than this morning as I got a 2 more 5 second kegels out before it went flaccid. I have started holidays and 3 days in a row my plans fell through which gave me a little more time on my hands and edged 3 x days in a row which I know is contributing to the kegel troubles.
                            I did find that toward the last hlaf of my Jelqs that the glan wasn't expanding like it should so I tried a few Jelqs with a bit more pressure which didn't help at all so oh well and with both of todays sessions I didn't edge or balloon at all.

                              This morning is my last session for 5 days as I'm taking my break 1 week earlier as its christmas and will be in a position where I wont be able to do it. So far my pecker has gotten thicker but no signs of length yet. Hopefully that will change in the not too distant future.
