So i've been PE'ing for about 4-5 weeks and in that time I've had a bad run with self-inflicted injuries so now that I'm nearly ready to start PE'ing again I wanted to start a fresh. For those just starting I've listed 3 links which are a must read, had I taken the time to read through things thoroughly I would've prevented my injuries. {4 x times in the week then increase reps, frequency per day}
6-7min Warm-ups in shower
60 x Wet Jelqs
Oriental Massage
35 x 5sec hold Kegels
Edging
6-7min Warm down in shower
