    'twas a day off today I no that they are extremely important to gaining but I wish I could train everyday! Lol. Warmed it up once and stretched throughout the day. Edged at night (sex) for one hour ish.

    Can't wait for tomorrows workout

      Big session before. Im thinking that when i start extending i will have enough time to complete a good workout with it beacause i already spend alot of time doing manual. Im not sure if manual exersices are ment to be done with it aswel though... i need to find out more.

      Warm up 22 mins.
      Stretch 38mins - All directions, STS, twists. Kegels.
      2nd Warm up 10 mins.
      Jelqs 35 mins - 20 mins 30% E, 15 mins 60-70% E. Super slow, curls(for most of it) Kegels.
      Edge 2hours with squeezes x 7 held for 2mins. Kegels.
      Warm down 20 mins.

      5 hours later Warm up 15 mins.
      Stretch 25 mins - AD,STS Kegels.
      Edge 1h 30 mins. Kegels.
      Squeezes x 4 held for 3 mins.

      I've descovered that i naturally curl my jelqs.. should help to keep my curve when i decide to extend.

        Due to the huge workout yesterday I had a half day off today to recover.

        Warm up 15 mins
        Stretch 30 mins
        No jelqs
        Edge + sex 3hours total

        Stretched all day also. I will get back on it like a car bonnet tomorrow!

          Boom! Back to a big workout!

          Warm up 20 mins
          Stretch 38 mins - All directions, twists, bends, STS, tunica (TT's) Kegels.
          2nd Warm up 10mins
          Jelqs 35 mins - 22 mins 30% E, 13 mins 60-70% E. SS's, curls, side jelqs. Kegels.
          Edge 1h 20 mins. Kegels.
          No squeezes today.

          Glad i came back strong with this workout, one more big one tomorrow then a day off.

                Good workout today.

                Warm up 17 mins
                Stretch 39mins, all directions, STS, tunica, bends.
                Mandingo x 2 a side 30secs
                2nd warm up 10 mins
                Jelqs 37 mins, super slow, bends, mainly 30% E level.
                Squeeze x 5
                Edge 30 mins
                Shower warm down

                Day off tomorrow.

                  Added more edging to my workout... (sex) 1h 30 mins hehe. Didn't pop my load.

                  Really find that I have a better workout and more gains if I limit how much I cum! I actually don't want to anymore haha.

                    Rest day today. Stretched when i got up in the shower for 5 minutes and on my break at work hehe hoho harhar. Warmed up with rice sock for 20 mins and massaged gently after it. Continued to stretch lightly throughout the day.

                    I am seeing even more stretch marks around the base of my shaft now...i think it looks good. Also i STILL havnt turtled at all, im loving it!

                      Todays workout flew bye! Did it in the evening.

                      Routine

                      Warm up 20 mins
                      Stretch 39 mins - All directions, twists, bends, STS, TT's. kegels to get a better pull back.
                      Mandingo stretches x 2 a side held for 30 seconds each
                      2nd Warm up 8mins
                      Jelqs 36 mins - 16 mins 30% E, 20 mins 60-70% E. SS's, curls, side jelqs. Some kegels.
                      Edge 40 mins. Kegels at end. PONR many time.
                      No squeezes today.
                      Warm down 20 mins

                      Notes

                      Stretched and massaged throughout the day.

                      My girl friend has been saying i have been hitting her cervix alot.... does this mean i have to change my workout? Perhaps

                      This has made me feel good that i have grown and that i am big enough to be able to do this, but has also got me down abit because i dont want her to think i dont care about her when i am still carrying on with PE while knowing this.... Guess i will have to be more gentle in the future.

                      I am totally comfortable in myself and feel i dont need to gain anymore, but my gains have been so good i cant help but wonder the heights i could reach within.. lets say a year!

                      I will have to have a think. Perhaps this is the perfect time to cement my gains...

                        Added another warm up and stretch last night for i was extremely bored.

                        2nd part of last nights routine

                        Warm up 15 mins
                        Light Stretch 15 mins
                        massage/light jelqs 10 mins
                        Squeeze x 2 held for 1 minute and kegels
                        Edge 30 mins with some kegels
                        Warm down 10 mins

                          Completed todays workout, not as good as usual just was'nt feeling it...

                          Routine

                          Warm up 15 mins
                          Stretch 39 mins - All directions, twists, bends, STS, TT's. Kegels

                          Jelqs 30 mins - Super Slow's, curls. Kegels.
                          Edge 30 mins. Kegels. Reached PONR 3 times.
                          Squeezes x 4 held for 1 minute + Kegeled
                          Warm down 10 mins
                          Shower warm down too

                          After Thoughts

                          As i said before not as good a workout as usual. Glad to get through it plus its my day off tomorrow so that will do me good. For some reason my head just wasnt in it... Perhaps its just because im am tired.

                              Day off
                              PIs looked pretty good today, lets start with the positives..


                              Positive PIs
                              • Definitely a larger flaccid - hav'nt turtled in a long time.
                              • Morning wood is really hard - between 8 -10 EQ.
                              • Erection Quality is amazing, feels like its going to pop sometimes. 9 - 10 EQ.
                              • Extremely easy to get an erection.
                              • Normal size is good.
                              • Horny as hell!

                              Negative PIs
                              • No pain at all - makes me think i can handle even more sometimes.(but i dont)
                              • No decreased night/morning wood.
                              • No decreased hardness.
                              • No numbness.
                              • No discoloration (anymore) suffered a little with this when i first started PE so backed way off.
                              • No loss of size.

                              All in all really good. I will continue to monitor these PIs after every workout and post on my days off.

                                Day off.

                                Warmed up for 10 mins and massaged lightly for another 10 mins.

                                Edged for 50 mins (sexy time!!) wah hoo!! Didn't pop so should have a really good workout tomorrow.

                                Im changing my PE up slightly starting from tomorrow, it's all about Penis Confusion for me.
