    Workout complete.

    Routine

    Edge 30 mins
    6 hour break before routine

    Warm up 15 mins
    Jelqs 20 mins in total - consisted of...
    Normal Jelqs 15 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 10 mins, 30-40% for 5 mins. Kegels
    Curling - 5 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels
    V-Jelqs - 6 mins
    3-5 second reps. Kegels
    Stretches 20 mins - consisted of...
    Normal - In all directions. Some kegels(for better pull back)
    Some side to side.(not many today)
    Mandingo stretchs - 2 a side held for 1 minute each.
    Bundles - 2 each way rotated 360 degrees, held for 1 minute a time.
    Also mini breaks to shake.
    Squeezes - None today.
    Edge 40 mins
    Didn't pop.
    Warm down 8 mins.

    After thoughs

    Really good workout today, total concentration on every exercise. Appropriate utilisation of time enables a man to achieve progress, that is exectly what i did today. My motivation is through the roof(and my EQ haha)!

    Posting PIs tomorrow... No doubt they will be amazing.

      Physiological Indicators for yesterdays workout.

      Positive PIs
      • Larger flaccid
      • Morning wood was amazing - between 8 -10 EQ
      • Erection Quality is brilliant - between 9 - 10 EQ.
      • Extremely easy to get an erection.
      • Normal size is good.
      • Really horny!!
      Negative PIs
      • No pain at all, feel like i can do more but wont. Lees is more.
      • No decreased night/morning wood.
      • No decreased hardness.
      • No numbness.
      • No discoloration - None at all.
      • No loss of size.
      PIs looked amazing. Regained really good stats from 3-5 days ago. Todays routine to be posted later.

        Boom!! Workout done, two wicked days in a row.

        Routine

        Squeezes - x 5 held for 1 minute for 2, then 2 minutes for 3.
        Edge 30 mins
        Didn't pop.
        Warm down 10 mins.

        After thoughs

        Fully focused on form and took my time, loving this so much! Feel like i have had two of the best workouts ever. It's all down to 'being in the moment'.

          More egdeing (sex) 1hour 30 mins completes tonight's routine. Did not cum, my girlfriend is so understanding.

            New measurements!!

            So the first of the month has come round and it's time to post my latest measurements...

            I like to measure a few days leading up to the first of each month and on the day also. This is just to make sure i have a consistent and true result. I actually got my BPEL to exactly 7" last night for the first time ever!...But because it only happend once i am not including that result. I will wait another month and see if i had actually gained in length or not. One or two times i got it to 6.9 but 6.8 was more consistent, so that's what i am going with. It's nice to think there is alot of potential for the month coming up hehe!!

            Now EG... *drum roll* i gained!! Last month i stayed at the same girth, but now it has gone from 5.5 - 5.6! Wooo! I actually got it to 5.7 on a few occasions but i am staying safe and sticking with 5.6! I will wait until next month to see if it really was 5.7 or just a fluke.

            I am sooo happy! Thank you to the PE Forum and all you guys out there. I wouldn't be who or what i am without you. *Tear*

                    So my day off consisted of light stretches in the morning, a warm up for 20 mins (evening) followed by a gentle massage. Stretched throughout the day also. Took ginger/green tea with honey twice.

                    Looking forward to tomorrows workout.

                      Revitalized after my day off, can't wait to train later! Taken my gringer/green tea with honey and my L-arginine capsule for the day, possibly will have another drink later.

                      Already done my light morning stretches and massage. Will post workout later.

                              3-5 second reps. Kegels

                              Then stopped for 2 hours, started again...

                              Warm up 10 mins
                              Stretches 25 mins - consisted of...
                              Normal - In all directions. Some kegels (for better pull back)
                              Some side to side.(not many today)
                              Mandingo stretchs - 2 a side held for 1 minute each.
                              Bundles - 3 each way rotated 180 degrees for 2, then 360 degrees for 4 all held for 1 minute a time.
                              Also mini breaks to shake.
                              Went into sex pretty much straight away (edge) Didn't pop.


                              After Thoughts....

                              Due to unforeseen events I had to split up today's routine. I have never done that, buy it still felt good. Day off tomorrow. Will post PIs.
