Are you increase the time or intensity for it and if so how often ?
I haven't measured in months. I'm maintaining at the moment so I don't see a point to measuring. My volume is too low for growth. My routine is just stretching and clamping when I can find time.
My ultimate goal is 8.5x6 and I have a long long way to go!
