        Off day. After yesterday I felt a bit of fatigue. Haven't had that in a while so I'm pleased.

        Just did some kegals. That's it for today.

          Since girth is my main focus I've decided I am going to really focus on bundled stretches. Got a good amount in today as you can see.

          5 min warmup
          20 min stretching (2, 30 540BS...2, 45 sec 540BS...2, 1 min 540BS...2, 30 sec 720BS)
