      Well I took some time off with busy schedule and was very very happy with my results from last year I stopped with exercising on 7/30/2009

      I restarted about a month ago when I measured I had lost some length and girth but to much.

      7/30/09
      BPEL 7.3"
      Mid EG 5.750"

      After taking 10.5 months off I lost a little my measurements were
      6/5/10
      BPEL 7.2 I did little stretches here and there during time off
      Mid EG 5.65"

      After 1.5 months not on a steady workout yet
      7/19/10
      BPEL 7.3"
      Mid EG 5.750 back to measurements from last year !

      Now to work on my short term goal of
      7.5" X 5.900

      Final goal
      BPEL 7.750" X 6.0" EG mid shaft

        O.K. made another gain on my girth this is working out on the medium to hard side
        warm up
        50 jelq's @ 80- 90% erect every other stroke doing a kegal
        then a uli for 30 seconds
        edge for 5 minutes
        50 more jelq's same as above
        horse squeeze for 30 seconds
        edge for 5 minutes
        50 jelq's same as above
        horse squeeze for 30 seconds
        100 jelq's same as above
        horse squeeze for 30 seconds
        edge for 20 minutes
        some flacid bends.
        I
        Today 24 hours later could not resist had to measure GIRTH and it was now 5.780"
        I will rest another 2 days for total of 3 rest days and then hit it hard again.
        Usually after a workout and the following day I am sore and from past experience I always make a gain.
        1 day on 3 days off for me just like body building body needs to rest and repair to grow !
        new measurements are.

        7/31/10
        BPEL 7.28" X 5.780" Mid Girth

        Short term BPEL 7.50" X 5.900"

        Final Goal and NO bigger ! 7.75" X 6.00"

          O.K. took more time off busy with family and working lost just a little bit of size.
          I started back again to get some gains for the last month on and off.
          Last measurement was the end of July
          7/31/10
          BPEL 7.28" X 5.780" Mid Girth

          New measurements
          11/11/10
          BPEL 7.33 X 5.8125"

          Length is hard to get I think I will need to hang to get the last 0.4" length
          Girth I have been lucky it has come fairly easy when I put the time in.
          I need 0.4" length and 0.187" or 0.2" for my goal.

            Changed my routine up a bit now i am doing
            Warm up 10 minutes
            50 slow jelques 3 second strokes at 90 % erect with kegals for 15 second holds 5 seconds rest in between
            edging for 1.0 - 1.25 hr.s with
            1 20 second Horse squeeze about every 15 minutes 5 total during edging.
            Thats it ! ( BE CAREFUL TO LET HARD ON GO DOWN TO 90% ERECTION AND DO NOT SQUEEZE TO HARD )
            worked out about 7 of the last 11 days and picked up
            my girth from 5.812" to new size of 5.835"
            If I keep at it hope to see 5.9" girth very soon.
            On a 4-5 day rest for now.

            BEG 7.1"+

              Wow!!! I love the way you have documented your gains, and the way you have not let p.e. interfere with your family life/job, etc. And in spite of the times when you had to let p.e. go for more important matters, you kept at it. I am absolutely in awe of your commitment and your persistence. And it worked!!! Man oh man!! It worked!!! kudos, LivinLife!! kudos.

                I really appreciate your kind words, especially coming from one of the most respected seasoned pros.
                Yes it has not been a steady schedule but on and off on and off, but I will get there sooner or later.
                Length is very hard to get now the good thing is I may only want another 1/4" depending on wife.
                Girth is almost there and has been very rewarding to my wife and myself

                  I still am unsure on how to do a uli. And I am going to give it a shot. Try and take it slow and see if I see any steady gains. Thanks guys. This will be my schedule:

                  Day 1: 20 min shower warm up
                  light 5 way stretches holding for 10 seconds each way and 3 sets
                  Im gonna go down and start back at 5 min of jelqing
                  then do 5 min of edging
                  And a little light 5 way stretch to end the session just one set

                  day 2 and 3 off:

                  Day 4: back to work on same schedule.

                      I have been doing light maintenance to maintain size.
                      By 2nd week of January I started to get serious again my Girth gains went to 5.9 Mid Girth But under
                      a lot of stress and something did not feel right so I took a break for 1 month 2nd week of February restarted PE
                      feeling much better Morning wood is good again ready for some action.
                      I did loose my temporay gain of 5.9 to 5.850 and now today 3/4/11 back to my recent gain of 5.9" MEG
                      Looking to achieve my ultimate goal of 6" MEG and also gain another 1/2" length.
                      Todays size 7.33"BPEL X 5.9"MEG
                      I do not keep on a set schedule on and off all the time, length is not coming at all I
                      have been focusing last week on my length and going to keep at it for a month and see what happens.
                      MY ultimate goal 7.75" BPEL X 6.0" MEG

                        I still can not believe the size of this guy in my pants HAHA Now I see why most want a 8"X6"girth
                        Still doing PE with NO set schedule as usual but I am getting 3 - 4 work outs in a week.
                        My Workout
                        No warm ups I know Not a good thing !
                        Edging for 30 - 40 minutes with Ulis or horse squeezes every 5 minutes
                        After 10 minutes of edging then use a rubber band NOT tight around my base of my penis to hold in some extra blood I only keep it on for 10 minutes because I edge at 90 -95 % and can feel the pressure and do not want to get injured, No Ulis or squeezes while rubber band is on.
                        After 20 minutes While edging I do some intense 15-20 second kegals with 20 seconds rest in between each kegal only for a total of 30.
                        I am ready to change it up again starting with warmups
                        Currently at 7.33" X 5.950" MSEG and so close to my goal.
                        I am going to try and get my 6.0" MSEG by 7/1/2011

                          Just finished a 1 Hour edging session with ulis every 10 minutes and just a few intense kegals.
                          My PC muscles are getting very strong I kept a 85-98 % erection the whole time measuring from 5.875" - 5.950"
                          also a few erect bends and it was feeling very thick and heavy
                          I am going to give myself a 2 day rest period and see what measurements are Monday.
                          I have been going a couple days in a row just to change things up a bit to see if I can get a growth spurt.

                            WTF man!! you gain like a monster!! I have some question for you: 1) what's your typical training/rest days pattern?? and 2) when you took 10.5 months without PE didn't you do anything at all or did you do some girth exercises here an there? 3) are you a smoker? do you eat healthy?? 4) what's your masturbation frequency? 5)what's heigth and weight? 6) what's your new base girth? thank you very much in advance..your case is very interesting and I hope you'll reply all of my asks to enlight me and other members here who are hungry of precious infos!

                              #1 My training and rest days have always been (1 day on 3 days off) but that 1 day on was more of an intense workout
                              on my 1st and 2nd day off I always felt a little sore and by day 3 morning wood and was ready to go, I believe guys not gaining girth may not do enough intensity or give enough rest time or both I only did girth 2 times a week.
                              #2 some stretches and and maybe very little girth if any I cant remember if I any have did a girth workout 1 or 2 times
                              a month but always had sex 2 times a week with wife.
                              #3 NO smoker and I eat healthy and was drinking some protein drinks for a couple of months while training.
                              #4 Sex with wife 2 times a week and sometimes on my off day ejaculate so 2 - 4 times a week I tried both ways
                              only 2 times and 4 times made NO difference.
                              #5 5'10" 175 lb's
                              #6 Base Girth not positive but around 6.8" and the muscle just below I can feel is much larger and can maintain erection
                              over 1.5 hours long while edging just had to call it a day I was getting very board and had things to do.
                              As I have said before I made very good gains doing (1day on more of an intense workout with 3 days off and almost always seen a gain !)

                              and I do not see why someone could not gain, my Girth came very easy with my workout schedule by the way I missed many days and sometimes weeks so really was not a set schedule.

                                I have one important question How did you know when to increase the intensity gradually?? What were the signs that you needed to increase your intensity??
