    When I was doing the exercises I was making gains slowly in the beginning but I did not feel like I was doing much so
    I tried doing just a bit more as in going from 40% jelq to 60 % to 75% with a bit tighter grip from light to medium and seen the improvement right away and I actually measure every time I workout ! yes every time.
    What took me a month to gain in the beginning I was doing in about 2 weeks and we all know the very 1st gains in the first couple of months are the easiest.
    I think a lot of guys on here are waisting very valuable time by measuring every 3 - 6 months ??? thats crazy !
    Lets say a guy measures every 3 months and see's NO gain or even a gain of 0.1" from 5.0 mid girth to 5.100 girth they are e static and thats great but what if he measured every 2 weeks or 1 time a month that means if hes not happy with what he sees he can change it up try different intensity or change workout schedule and see what happens next month instead of waisting hours upon hours of time going nowhere.
    Here you can see the gains increasing on my log and there was NO second guessing if what I was doing was working because I measure every time.
    1 day on 3 days off on 2nd off day sometimes day 3 off I did 10 minute edging.



    Starting stats 6.375” X 5.4” mid shaft 6.050 EG at base.
    No warm up. I know not a good thing
    5 way light stretches in each direction / 30 second holds with 30 seconds in between pulls
    Basic Jelqs / light O.K. grip for 5 minutes.
    This was 1 day on 3 days off a lot of times missing 5 days in a row a lot going on not enough time.


    March 18’Th
    6.420 Length X 5.430 EG mid shaft
    March 18th I took measurements not much progress decided to invest more time into PE exercise
    Now doing every 4’Th day workout 1day on 3 day’s off with a light medium O.K. grip.
    March 18 2009 stats


    April 18’Th stats
    6.6 length X 5.5 mid shaft
    April 18’Th new measurements showed gains in both length and girth.
    Still no warm up’s.
    5 way stretches 30 seconds for 2 sets
    Basic jelqs with light medium grip 5 – 10 minutes
    1 set of 5 way light stretches every day also in shower and waking up in morning for 30 second holds.
    Kegals 25 for 2 sets 3 second holds

    May 21’st
    6.7” X 5.560 mid shaft
    May 21’st new measurements showed small gains length and girth
    I am increasing to a medium pull on stretches.
    5 way stretches 30 seconds 2 sets with (medium) pull
    O bends 4 to the left 4 to the right 20% erect
    Basic Jelqs with medium O.K. grip
    3 Ulis for 10 second hold
    Also doing a medium hold ULI with left hand while using right hand jelqs using a light O.K...Grip. 2 sets
    For 20 second holds jelq stroke 3-4 seconds long.
    Kegals 25 reps for 2 sets 3-4 second holds


    O.K. so now I start measuring like crazy and put in my log book every time I see a gain of .1 in length
    and anything in girth.

    Now with the medium pulls the length starts to come faster along with girth, being I also increased girth workout.

    NOTE
    Veins are getting bigger
    Increase Kegals to 5 second holds 2 sets of 25 every 2nd or 3rd day.

    June 5’Th
    6.9” X 5.580” EG mid shaft.

    June 11’Th
    7.0” X 5.620” eg mid shaft

    June 14’Th FINALLY DOING REAL WARM UPS !

    June 19’Th
    7.1” X 5.620” eg mid shaft

    June 26’Th
    7.150” X 5.650”

    July 2’nd
    7.2” X 5.7
    Veins were much larger and that bad boy looked very MEAN hehehe

      You do not have to do as much as I posted above to start out but slowly work your way up to what I have posted
      and I do not see why someone could not gain, my Girth came very easy with my workout schedule by the way I missed many days and sometimes weeks so really was not a set schedule.

      Hey mate great reply thanks! I forgot to ask you a last thing about decon break... what time did it take until you did your first decon break??? btw as I figured you have a very healthy lifestyle,you eat healthy , don't smoke and give your penis plenty of rest
      while working it hard in the on days... your weight is perfect for you height and I think you are very fit as well... congratulations your case is one of the most successfull ones here I think..

        great asnwer mate thanks! last question : when did you take the first decon break?? after how many months of training? As I figured you are very fit and eat healthy ,don't smoke and cum not too often (I come at least once a day..) you posted a typical girth routine above..what's your typical length work instead?? thank you very much again..your case is one of the most succesfull here I think!

          Thank you very much.

          I was only on a dedicated schedule for a short time as you can see in my log other then that never on a very dedicated schedule, I would workout for a month and miss a whole week all the time suppose to have 3 days off and many many times due to work have 4 - 7 days off at least once a month of every other month.

            Length is only light stretches rarely, wife is happy with the length and girth.
            I was having a hard time with length not putting enough effort there or warm up.
            actually going to start a new program and see if I can just get a bit more on length and girth to 7.5" X 6 MSEG and call it a very good day

              Thanks for the awesome reply. After reading your reply I believe that I'm already increasing the grip of my jelq. My usual grip wasn't producing the same results when I first started . I probably need my EL go to 60% to 70% now too.

              After my tighter grip there were very different results better expansion and much more plumper . So now I know where I stand for now.

                  you said you were having an hard time with length but I can see from your stats that you gained a full inch in length and it's simply awesome!!!!! did you gain it mostly through girth work then?? or maybe it's due to better measuring technique? btw your inofs are precious and I have a very last question for you... do you think O bend are really effective and what's the wasy you perform them please?                     I did regular length workouts from the start and gained .85 of an inch in 5 months doing stretches in the morning upon waking when I went to pee 2 minutes worth stretching here and there, the rest of the gain in length were very slow I do not know if its due to girth getting thick and slowing down length gains or just have to go to next level.
                    O Bends yes I did them all the time very easy to do I feel they give the a good internal stretch, I now do erect bends
                    but have to be very careful and conditioned.

                      Ok, so you have officially motivated me. I have a couple of questions before I start, though:

                      1.) Do you think a 1on/2off routine would be effective?

                      2.) Is it OK to do light stretches on off days? For example, JAI Stretch, and maybe the "5" stretches?

                      3.) Do you suggest O-Bends or Flaccid Bends?

                        #1 1 day on 3 days off is my advise,this way gave me WEEKLY GAINS using the correct intensity workout.
                        #2 Yes.
                        #3 I did them both and flaccid bends at 25-30% erection level down, to the right and left only.

                            You can start with this one for now and let me know if you make progress be careful and do it at your own risk.

                                Are you really well conditioned ?
                                Jelqs you can do 1 set of Basic Jelqs with medium O.K. grip 100
                                3 Ulis for 20 second hold
                                Also doing a medium hold ULI with left hand while using right hand jelqs using a (light O.K.Grip.) for 20 seconds each set
                                you can do kegals for a count of 20 in between each medium hold uli jelq set for a total of 3 sets to start.
                                again be careful any pain due to too much pressure stop !
                                3 days rest let me know how you feel after workout and on 1 day off.
                                I always felt a bit sore and bad PI's good Pi's on day 3 and then day 4 ready for workout.
