    Just completed my first workout... damn that was intense. My dick looked more muscular than I've ever seen it.

    I had never done ULI's or O-Bends before this and I loved them both. Had to watch a little softcore porn to keep my erection level up but I have no problem with that. My BPFL is right around 8" and my erect length is usually anywhere from 7"-7.3"... today when I finished doing the ULI's I estimate it was around 7.7" at least with more veins than I've ever seen.

      Glad to hear once you have been on this program for awhile we can set you up with another which is a bit more intense.
      Remember the rest days !
      You can edge for 10 minutes on rest day 2 or 3

        Hey livin life I have been doing really slow and long jelqs. I was wondering do you think I should cut my slow and long jelqs in half?? I average about 10 seconds. I'm wondering if that is just too long of a jelq and it is becoming unproductive for me. What do you think would be better. Right now I'm only doing 10 minute jelqing. Should I add another 5 min ?? Or cut my slow and long jelqs in half??

            I have never done a 10 second jelq seems extremely long I did mine 3 - 4 second strokes.
            Do your 10 minutes but with the 3 - 4 second strokes.
            What erection level are you doing them at ?

              Usually around 40% to 50% is what I aim for sometimes it can get to 60%.

              But lately been noticing that I havent been getting that plumped look when I first started out.

                Thats why you need that 3 day rest period.

                  Right now I'm only doing a 2 days on 1 day . How do I get 3 days off with this schedule. Should I do a 3 days on 1 day off again??

                    @livin life: I was wondering about a thing... when you started PE what routine have you sticked to? newbie standard routine?? and how many on/off days did you take when on the newbie routine?

                      Wow, so yesterday was only my 2nd day off and I was very tempted to PE. My flaccid was plump and was hanging around 5-6 inches all day. Woke up this morning with a massive boner that refused to go away so I rubbed one out. Am really looking forward to PEing tonight... I don't take measurements but I'll be doing a very serious eye-ball test.

                        I did my own routine posted in beginning of this thread 1 day 3 days off.

                            Ouch... so yesterday I was kinda of in a hurry and rushed my PE. I got a solid workout, but my form was sloppy and the bottom-right side of my glans was hurting immediately afterwards and a little bit today. I'm gonna take the full three days off this time and NOT rush during my next session.

                                jelq percentage was 60 - 70 %
                                Base Girth was never this big before PE I did a lot of edging and while doing edging would take left hand around
                                my penis and do a Uli and then with right hand do a slow jeq at 90% erection for 5 seconds per stroke for a total of 4 (while holding a really hard kegal for about 20 - 25 seconds.
                                These exercises are only to be done when well conditioned !
                                jelqs at this high percentage is considered a advanced exercise.
