    Whats your take on length? Do you believe length should also require a 3 day rest period or a 1 day rest period? Also when you take a recover day, you dont put your hand on your penis other then to go to the bathroom correct? I know when some people such as myself on off days will do piss pulls after a leak.

        Start : BPEL 6.4" x MEG 4.75"
        Latest : BPEL 7.0" x MEG 5.00"

        Short Term Goal : BPEL 7.5" x MEG 5.25"
        Long Term Goal : BPEL 8" x MEG 6"

          I did the same piss pulls.
          On the workout days regular pulls piss pulls, and before going to bed and upon waking.
          1-2 rest days only piss pulls.

            Hey man, I really like your gains.

            I'm just starting out and could use some advice. I'm more or less following JP's beginners routine and was considering a 2 day on 1 day off, but now after reading your thread and other posts I am considering something more like 1 day on and 2 days off. My work outs aren't quite as intense as yours but I feel like today I might have gone a bit overboard (you can read my log here, it's just one post so far).

            I definitely do not want to lose girth, as I'm barely straddling 5.6" and would not like to lose that. I'm looking to reach 6" girth and somewhere about 7" in length. What are the exercises you have had the most success with? I can't decide what I'm more concerned with right now, length or girth, so I think I just want to shoot for moderate gains in both without getting injured. I'd like to see improvement within the month but I of course don't want to get my hopes up.

            Also, is it possible to work out for length and girth one day, and then on the days off just do stretches and kegels without risking the healing process for your girth gains? I'm not sure what piss pulls are. Also, as far as girth goes, I'm really only putting in serious time with jelqs. I do some Ulis and some flaccid bends too, but not much. Should I be adding more girth exercises to the days I do work out?

              Doing maintenance only but I did gain a bit more now measuring at 6.025" - 6.070" MSEG

              I am doing manual stretches a couple days a week to keep up length.
              Girth is edging with band around base for 30 minutes and a couple of ulis without band.
              next girth maintenance is with 20 minutes same as above but 2 times a day.
              Being girth work not as intense as I used to do, I have been doing a
              1 day on 2 off
              1 on 1 off
              1 on 2 off
              1 on 1 off

                Well it is now 4/23/13 1 year 5 months later since posting on this thread.
                I have been maintaining my size 7.390 Length X 6.00" MS 6.80 BEG for most of the time.
                Couple months ago due to work, stress, and other things lost just a bit of girth for a couple of months went down to 5.85-5.9" MSEG took a month or so but back up to 6.00 MSEG, and looking to try and get just a little bit more.
                It seems ready for a growth spurt.
                My muscle that runs from my anus to my penis is back to its thick feeling with rock hard erections.

                  You posted this as your routine:
                  warm up
                  50 jelq's @ 80- 90% erect every other stroke doing a kegal
                  then a uli for 30 seconds
                  edge for 5 minutes
                  50 more jelq's same as above
                  horse squeeze for 30 seconds
                  edge for 5 minutes
                  50 jelq's same as above
                  horse squeeze for 30 seconds
                  100 jelq's same as above
                  horse squeeze for 30 seconds
                  edge for 20 minutes
                  some flacid bends.


                  This is what you do ALWAYS? How often do you increase reps/sets/intensity? And how often do you change order of exercises or change them for completely new exercises?
